Went in for a gallon of there delicious Peach tea. It was great to see the staff talking and having fun yet doing their job.... Manager was helpful and thanked me for stopping in. This is a great atmosphere to dine in! We will return to this Piada! Read more
This place is awful! It went down hill really fast. A bunch of kids with attitude problems that don't want to work. I ordered... an easy salad and they put something spicy in it that upset my stomach after making us wait almost 10 minutes to take ourorder. Someone near us asked for cup lids and the kid slammed the bucket of ice on the floor and stomped over to give her onelid when she asked for two! Read more
love their salads and decided to get a pizza stick through their online pick up option. I noticed they gave me a wrong drink... last time I ordered so I specified on the parmesan pizza stick order that i have a pork allergy just in case they run out of theparm pizza stick and decide to give me the pepperoni stick instead. surprise surprise?. i see folds of pepperoni in the stickand start puking it out. The note of my pork allergy was on the receipt and they chose to fully ignore it because I saw theylistened to my request to not have pancetta on my salad. This is a blatant disregard for their customers health and safety. Ifyou have any religious food restrictions or allergy concerns stay FAR away from this location as they clearly do not care if youend up going to the ER due to their negligence. Read more
I had a poor experience at the Gahanna location. I was told by many friends that this was the place to eat for great Italian... food. Got to the restaurant and waited about 30 minutes to be served although there was only one person ahead of me. Was toldthat they ran out of the regular size bowls and that I would be given a smaller bowl. Neither of the two bowls I ordered werefull when I got to the register to checkout. I inquired about the pricing as the young lady who prepared my food told me thatthe bowls were smaller. I was told that the price is the same because the bowls I was given have the same depth as a regularbowl although it did not appear that way. I called the store 11 times to speak to a manager, finally got through on the 11th tryand was told I could only receive a partial refund if I drove all the way back to the store for them to "run my card." When Ishared with the manager that I was hoping for a full refund, he told me "I'll see and speak with you about it in store."Overall, terrible experience, the food was subpar, and the customer service is extremely lacking. I am still waiting to hearback from the manager and for my full refund. I have never had a poor food experience where I had to go through so much hassleto get it rectified. I will not be back and I will not recommend to others. Save your money and go elsewhere. Read more
What an awful experience?again. This place couldn?t read an order correctly if the reading rainbow sang it to them. I?ve ordered... here multiple times, because my son loves this place and not once could they interpret an online order correctly. Instead ofdouble meat, or any meat for that matter, the ?chef? comprehended the order as no meat. Not once, not twice, but three separateoccasions. Guess what happens when you call to sort it out? You guessed it, no one answers. I get it, good work is hard to find,but if you?re not going to do it right, don?t do it at all. Read more
This is a great location. It?s located in a plaza with a lot of stores. So, once you are done with your shopping you can grab a... bite to eat. They have good portion sizes and great food. Today I got the small Harvest Salad with Chicken for $9.78. It wasabsolutely delicious and the small size was very filling. The staff is always friendly and the store is always clean. Read more
Terrible customer service. A few of them were rude and lazy. One was talking about being up since 6am. Cry me a river and... welcome to the real world. Food was extremely salty. Oh and don?t expect pepper here. They claim not to have it. Highlyrecommend other restaurants in the area. There are plenty to choose from. Read more
