Employee didn't listen to my order had everything I asked NOT to be on the sandwich
Order not ready at quoted pickup time, sub was sitting ready on their toaster counter when arrived, waited 9+ minutes after... arriving for a pickup order for half raw fries. Due to their timing logic, resulted in a sub with cooked lettuce & tomato by thetime I received it. Was told by manager ?fries aren?t cooked until you arrive?. This contradicts their app and ticket ?orderready time? is not anywhere what it says. I reached out via website to share my issues, owner hasn?t responded and it?s been 5days. Haven?t been to this location in 3 years due to wait times for dine in then, won?t be back. This is sad since we live upthe road less than 3 minutes and I love the food. Just not from this location. The location was also empty of anyone other than3 people waiting for To-go orders at prime lunch on a weekday 12:45. Next nearest location closed, waited 25mins years agothere also. ?Owner? should realize something is wrong when location isn?t packed at lunch time in a busy commercial area. Read more

Big delicious sandwiches. Wasn't too crowded when I went and food came out pretty quick. Ordering is straightforward. A little... pricy for "fast food" but I'd say it is worth it. The Italian (hot or cold) is awesome but it's a salty load. The chickenteriyaki is really tasty too. Read more
