I've been to many high end restaurants in the area and none compare to the quality and service Pelino's offers. You can truly... tell the pasta and other items are made in house, with much thought, with the finest ingredients. I'm convinced the negativereviewers saying the pasta in undercooked have never had perfect al dente pasta. A romantic yet social dining experience. Theowners will come around to check on you and make sure you're enjoying your meal and tell you what inspired the menu items. Themenu changes monthly except for the famous Cacio e Pepe and Tiramisu. If you want them to roll out the giant cheese wheel, orderthe Cacio e Pepe! Read more

Overstated The staff has no shortage of enthusiasm and may be the best marketers of this establishment. However the food... offerings and prep fall short of the wildly oversold menu made from imported ingredients. I am not questioning the fact that theingredients are imported nor I am questioning the mark of authenticity verifying the same. What I am saying is that those veryingredients did not offer any difference of flavor profile then those imported ingredients commonly available at thegrocer. This is a cozy place, good for a couple to engage in food and conversation. Menu options are few but rotate. The menu isoffered in 3 or 4 courses. Ordering outside of those courses is discouraged. Portions are small. The Cacio e Pepe was not at allreminiscent of the purity of that dish but rather much more like an American mac and cheese. Prepped table side in a cheesewheel is nothing more than a gimmick. Bread is offered; the fact that there is a charge for it is not; until the billarrives. Parking can be difficult at peak times. What a wonderful experience. The service was top notch very attentive. Could explain the region that cheese and how the wine... from that region would pair. We got the three courses. The pasta had great texture and flavor. Nice small dish?s to feel satisfied but not grossly full. I read the negative reviews if you are looking American Italian you will not be getting blandover cheeses food at Pellino?s. It was great to meet the owners and understand their food philosophy. Will be going back foranother special occasion or interview dinner. Read more

What a delightful experience! The coursed styled dinner is perfect because we really got to see what this place has to offer.... Very authentic, and unique creations. Despite the smaller portions I left the restaurant quite satiated! Would be a great datespot or an adventurous eating experience. Read more

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! We attended their soft opening, a 4 course tasting menu with wine pairings. ... Everything we ate was fantastic! My favorite was the mushroom ravioli. Great depth of flavor! I wish there were 50 more! Thepasta dish was cooked perfectly and the salad tasted fresh and vibrant. The cake was the perfect balance of bitter and sweet. The owners seem like great people, very friendly and passionate about what they do. I can't wait to come back! Read more
