This location is terrible. They?re always finding a reason not to make food the last hour they?re open. Will send you the... soggiest incorrect pizza in the box that clearly states what pizza should be inside. 1000/10 would not recommend! Read more
I am not sure what manager was working October 6, 2022 at around 1 pm, but she's extremely rude when I asked about my options... when I received an incorrectly made pizza (why is there a customizing option for "Light Cheese" if they're not going to give me"Light Cheese"?). Her behavior gave off a vibe that I may get sick if I get my pizza remade, so I asked for her name and shehung up on me. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day... but I don't think it's a bad idea to remember that you're notrepresenting yourself at the workplace. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 9pm on a SUNDAY night and it was a 2 hour wait when they close at 11pm.
Absolute trash employees that basically yell at me and said "We're not making it" for no reason after I paid for food and went... in to pick it up. No reason for it either. If the short fat lady is the manager, don't expect anything good out of this place.They basically stole my money, no refund yet either. Trash, needs new employees. Read more
I ordered via the app. Somehow, even after having deleted my old addresses, it was delivered to a residence that I haven?t... lived at for over 4 years. Even after having a pizza delivered to my current address literally 2 days ago. I called the storeand was on hold for 47 minutes. I hung up waited a little while and called back. After 20 minutes I was connected to a personwho said I needed to talk to the store. She abruptly transferred me, and I sat on hold for another 30 minutes. At that point Idecided maybe I should just wait until they?re less busy. I wait 30 minutes and call back. Waited on hold for another 30minutes. I?m completely at a loss as to why they even have a phone number. My issue still isn?t resolved. Read more
Ordered delivery. App said delivered pizza nowhere to be found. Called store they had it delivered via Door Dash. Apologized and... remade order. 30 minues later called again they didn't have anyone to deliver it so I HAD to go pick it up. But I never wasoffered a refund on the tip and delivery fee that I paid for! I also submitted a survey on line and still no one has attemptedto contact me. Read more
This Papa John's is in a convenient location if you live near OSU's campus, but the quality could be better. Today I ordered a... pizza, and it was abnormally burnt and hard. I don't know why the person who baked it didn't think, "oh, this pizza is burnt --I should probably make a different one since someone paid for this and intends to eat it for dinner." So, now I'm eating burntpizza. The crust tastes like burnt toast, and it is not particularly pleasant to chew. I also got cinnamon bites, and they, too,are a lil' on the crispy side. Read more
Is there anyone who works here that isn't stoned out of their mind? The whole crew had no idea what was going on and were... walking around like zombies. They only made half our food and basically told us to deal with it. Whoever the manager was workingon 12/5 is a completely rude and incompetent person. I will not be back. Read more
