So I ordered from this papa john, the food never came after over an hour, I called them and they say it?s Door dash?s fault, and... original told me to call them. I said I didn?t order through door dash I order through papa johns y?all decided to usedoordash.. I told them I had a large party here waiting on food, and I was willing to go pick it up and they told me I can?t nowbecause they refunded the order, when I didn?t even ask for a refund I wanted the food. Absolutely the worst pizza pace in state oh ohio! Ordered a simple pizza order for delivery, 1 hour 15 minutes later , still no... pizza. Called , person answered was Rude and hateful. Too bad the option for Zero Stars isn't available....your restaurant Sucks! How do you just cancel an order after it's paid for... and not notify the customer via text or email???? Absolutely the WORST SERVICE EVER - Rude and Terrible service when we tried topick up our unknown to us - canceled order. ???? Seriously Papa John's, you better start doing better. Never order from this location. They do not deliver your complete order and never at the time that their ?tracking? link says it... was delivered even though you didn?t receive your food yet. Takes hours when it tells you it will arrive in 29-35 minutes. Theyalso have NEVER answered their phones for me to speak to anyone to get a refund for missing items. Will NEVER order from themagain. I've always had an awesome experience every time with this Papa John's. This specific location is timely and consistent with... their pizza. I know, because I worked temporarily in Cali. And I ordered the same kind of pizza from Papa out there and it wasabsolutely disgusting. You won't get that here. I am so done with Papa Johns at this location. I ordered a jalapeños Bacon Cheese sticks with spicy garlic sauce using the... PapaJohns website. As you can see in the picture very less jalapeños are on the cheese sticks and there was no bacon. For thesauce I got pizza sauce. I go to this location because it is only 7mins from my house in the car. Now onwards I will tryanother location. This location also does not know how to make jalapeños popper sometimes it is made properly and you feel theactual jalapeño. Sometimes it feels like you are only eating cream cheese. Read more
