Papa John's is pretty good! They have a decent amount of sides and that new pepperoni stuffed crust pizza is really good, I got... the cinnamon pull apart dessert and it looked and tasted old so I will never be getting that again but other than that it wasgood Read more
I was not highly satisfied with my experience because I live about 900 feet from your franchisee location but it still took an... hour to get my order. Also, when I order salami on my pizza, may I reasonably expect that it be cut into bite-sized pieces asopposed to the sunflower-sized rounds that make lassoing the poorly-cut pie onto my plate a true Wild West experience? Also,why do you insist on advertising and selling ?Banana peppers? as a topping when you are slicing up pepperoncinis instead ofproviding the real thing? Every time I try to order online anymore it says that they're not able to deliver to my address. I live right around the block... from this store and have had it delivered in the past. The few times it's been delivered it came via door dash and was in somedudes trunk with no warming bag. If I wanted door dash I would've ordered door dash. I've gone to other pizza places due tothis. I honestly have never left a review on any restaurant experience I?ve ever had but this is beyond ridiculous. We got a delivery... order for a pizza from here and someone?s DIRTY headphone was on my pizza. I called and reported this incident to the locationand they offered me a new pizza and it?s been 1 hour and 20 minutes and still no replacement. After waiting, I decided I justwant my money back and nobody is answering. Honestly, I should of just read the reviews because I wouldn?t of decided to orderhere anyways. I usually have a phenomenal experience with papa johns, as well as this location. The managers here have always been supportive... of our veterans and give a discount when we come which was more than appreciated. However, today when I came in Issac was themanager on duty at the time and when I requested a military discount he not only told me that it was never offered but was veryrude about it as well when I kindly tried explaining that it was given previously. So I proceed to pay for my food when Ioverheard him and another employee talking bad about and laughing at the fact that I would ask for one. Very unprofessional andfor that reason I will not be returning and I recommend that you take your money to a different location. Read more
