Takes too long for them to deliver! I?ve order with them three separate times now. The first time the app told me it would be... 27-30 minuets I ended up receiving it after an hour. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. The second time it took overAN HOUR OF WHAT THE APP SAID! (Keep in mind I?m only 2 miles away) when I finally received it the pizza was cold, well overcooked to where it was almost burned, and I was missing a few items! Now this 3d time when the app said 27 minutes I waited 50?it?s not hot and I?m missing two items!!! Are we not reading the order when it comes through I don?t understand? When calling toexplain I didn?t get these items the guy that answered sounded so high and was slurring his words lol definitely my last timeordering from here, unbelievable. Read more
I love Papa Johns but I am VERY disappointed with what I was given tonight. I order dinner at 5:15pm(said it would be 50-60min)... and it didnt even show up until 7:30. I was trying to give them a chance and was hoping the food was going to be hot. NOPE!!!!The pizza was cooked a LONG time ago and they just gave that to us instead of making a new pizza ???????? I dont mind waitingfor my food but make sure its fresh at least. Read more
Not only did they leave me waiting to grab my order over 10 mins while it sat there getting cold and until i asked if i could... get my food did they even acknowledge me and even then they just handed it to me and didnt even say anything. Then they didntgive me my two liter or even ask if i had anything else so i just grabbed it. Lucky for them im honest because if i hadnt been icouldve taken anything i wanted. Then i get home and my pizza dough taste awful and is burnt and hard. They location has gonemajorly downhill. I would rather go to Little Ceasars than ever have to deal with there HORRID customer service and awful food,which is pretty sad when i can get a pizza for 5 dollars there. Read more
Ordered on line. Told 15 to 20 minutes. Walked in at 16 minutes. Told would be 4 more minutes. I watch the lady make my... cheese bread stopping to talk to her buddy while she walked away making my food. I used to work at papa jog s. Ovens take 10minutes. I will not be pack. My boyfriend got us pizza and I was so excited until I looked at it and tried to eat it. He ordered me the works and it's like... they piled it on one side and sprinkled it on the other. Then the pizza fell apart before I could even take a bite out of thefirst slice. I go to call them and I've been waiting for them to answer the phone over 10 minutes. I'm highly disappointed withmy experience with Papa John's to the point where I don't even want to eat here anymore. The only place that actually puts the correct amount of extra sauce. They also use a good amount of cheese. My pizza always... arrives fast, hot and fresh ???? Update: Dont order delivery Saturday night. My pizza took 90 minutes to arrive and by the timeit got to me it was cold, and had barely any toppings and was cut horribly, like the person making it rushed. Ugh Update #2: Ikeep giving this place a chance, chasing that first saucey, cheesey, gooey pizza. I add extra sauce when ordering, I call andremind them. Do I get extra sauce? Nope. I am a huge fan of Papa John?s and have been for many years, my order was 2 medium pizzas and I earned a free Papadia for doing... a free survey, and I was SO very happy with with pizza but the papadia disappoints. The edges were burnt, over cooked, and toughto chew. Note to Papa Johns, even though someone gets a free item, please take care of the food a little more. I?ve had apapadia before, but if I was a new customer and tried it for the first time, I wouldn?t order again. Took 2.5 hours to get a pizza and a 2 liter, we live not far down West Broad. Absolutely ridiculous. Manager straight up would... not answer phone when called. Pizza guy couldn't be bothered to give it to us directly, dropped it and ran. Pizza was barelywarm and not worth the wait I'm just saying if I took 5 times as long as it should to do garbage work at my job, I'd get a pinkslip. Not a tip. Read more
