I have never had a good experience at this Panera bread. The staff is rude. I just order a turkey sandwich without onions and... sure enough, it has onions on it. We also ended up with an extra sandwich, not sures whose it was supposed to be. On a previoustime here my wife found sort in her salad. We called and told them about it and they told us to come in and they'll give usanother one. We came in 4 days later (my wife had and they told us someone else had claimed it already. Read more

I was excited to have my Toasted Tuscan Grilled Chicken sandwich for dinner. To get home to find out the Smokey Tomato Confit... missing. Yup this sandwich was rushed and not prepared properly, for the priced I paid I expected more. Read more

Food is usually good but i placed a rapid order to pick up at 1130 for pick up at 11:45 which was a salad and a smoothie. Im... thing ill get there a few minutes early so my smoothie doesn't melt while waiting and i get there five minutes early and to mysurprise my salad and smoothie was already out. That's great however my smoothie was runny and melted and here i found out itwas put out 10 minutes before my pickup time so thats the reason its bo longer cold and thick. I mean i iad a pickup time for areason i didn't want ot ASAP. I asked for it to be remade and got attitude. She said all food is put out five minutes after itsordered and i said well is a pick up time at 11:45 not 1135. Ten minutes in their hot restaurant makes a smoothie melt. Read more

Probably not going here ever again! And neither should you the staff is a little rude. And whatever you do. DO NOT ORDER THROUGH... APP FOR QUICK PICK UP. They will greet you with attitude and your food will have garbage/ SHIT FLY?s on it. They will put yourfood underneath the dish return area by the trash. I usually have a fair experience when going to Panera but this one just lefta real bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. Thanks for reading. Read more

Ordered 2 Bagel Packs = 36 bagels. Service is usually great but on this day the young lady assisting me took 20-25 minutes to... box everything up. On previous visits this has taken an average of 10 minutes. As I was gathering my boxes of bagels I overheardthe manager say to the young lady "You should have put on gloves and used your hands to grab the bagels because it's a lotfaster than using tongs and now you have a line of 10 customers when there weren't any when I stepped away." In defense of theyoung lady, I can at least say she was very nice and respectful to me as well as to her manager. I'd still return regardless ofthis issue. Read more

The food is average, the coffee is good, but the app is not user friendly. I uploaded a gift card and couldn't access it. The... manager made things right by comping my coffee. I have a call into the gift card department and they said it will be at least 3days to straighten out the situation. I requested a coupon for an upcoming visit this weekend and they complied. Greatmanagement follow through, but I shouldn't have had to deal with it in the first place. Starbucks app is the benchmark forother companies. Read more

Panera is great, but this location is consistently and painfully incompetent. If they gave away a bagel every time they made a... mistake they would be bankrupt. Literally every one of the last 10 times I've been there they have managed to screw somethingup. And I'm not talking about complicated stuff...just the basics like getting an order of three unsliced bagels right. Orlooking at what they have available before ringing it up. Or communicating among themselves to ensure the last item isn't soldtwice to two customers. And don't get me started with buy online pickup in store. Or more accurately order online, discoverthe order is not ready, and call the helpdesk for a refund. My suggestion is Instead of greeting customers by saying hello(which is rare) they should simply say "sorry". The end up saying it to most customers by the time they walk out the dooranyway. Why not just get it out of the way sooner rather than later. Seriously, I want to like this location, but they make itimpossible. The problems at this location are not singular or a temporary circumstances, moreover, a pattern that has existedfor over a year and continues to persist. I had hoped corporate or the franchise owner would wake up from their nap andrecognize an obvious problem. The good news, if you desire Panera there are several locations not too terribly far away...butyou will be much better off avoiding this one. Read more

I want to report a complaint about Panera Bread Cafe 4764 Hamilton Rd location Columbus Ohio 43230. The location has a roach... infestation and was running around on the counters while they making sandwiches. One of the employees and manager wiped it upwith his bare hands once I pointed out the conditions and didn't wash them either. They acted as if they see this every day andit was not a big deal. They all looked at it as if they didn?t understand the problem. They didn?t clean of the counter either.No apology nothing! I had to demand my money back. I will never go to any of their locations again! I will make sure every knowsabout this unsanitary conditions of this experience. Panera advertises clean healthy food but the environment is dirty which inreturn means the food not so clean after all or healthy. Read more
