I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago and it's still not here. I called at 1.5 hrs and they said it was out for delivery. Ended up with... microwave pizza at my hotel. Spoke to owner he offered to send free pizza. I accepted and asked him to give it to front deskclerk who gave me free microwave pizza. I couldnt sleep and had a piece with front desk clerk. Order from here alot and really like the pizza and potato skins and their sauce is super Good! But tonight I went in to order my... food and sat out in my car waiting for my food and as I?m watching the employee (tall skinny man with black Glasses) thru theother door scooping sauce into each little side cup (he has on no gloves) and wipes the rim of the cup and licks his fingersthen does the same exact thing with the next two cups before walking the items next door! They have the product, they just don?t know how to run the business. Typically the pizza and wings are both incredible (arguably... the best in Columbus), but you get a dud now and then. Service has deteriorated lately. I just waited 2.5 hours on a $36 pizza.Obviously unacceptable. Won?t be ordering again for a few months. Hopefully in that time they hire someone who knows how to runthis kind of business, as well as more people in the shop and drivers. Spend the money guys. Very bad customer service, I had to take back the burnt fries they gave me and I was told that?s how our fries are. And then the... cook tells my husband it?s not how we took from there. Staff was very rude and told my husband to leave as they refunded themoney. Will never order from them again. Read more
