Nice clean environment with excellent service. Soup and chicken tenders are great. Just don't order a steak. They no longer use... a grill and now bake their steaks in an oven. Just ruins them as they are now tough, dry, and a gray color. Read more
It was towards the end of the night and they weren?t busy, we were seated and weren?t approached for some time and I was getting... ready to get frustrated but then this very sweet lady who didn?t seem to be a server gladly got us drinks and got our orderstarted. She went above and beyond and I really appreciated it. Came here for dinner since they didn't have a wait. The restaurant was clean, but the service was terrible. Waited over 25 min... for drinks to be brought out. The server spilled beer all over a member of our group. She said she was getting a replacement,but never did. After more than 20 min, another member of our group went to the bar and got him a new beer. Our meals didn't comefor over an hour. The server claimed she got him a replacement drink and even argued with him about it. I cannot rate thisestablishment any lower or I would. Avoid this location. Perhaps others are better, but I can't recommend this location toanyone in good conscience. The manager comped the check but I'll never return here. I would suggest you look elsewhere to getdinner. Worst experience ever!!!! I ordered a bud light and the server came back and said we were out of bud light so I got you a Miller... light. I feel like she should have come back and ask if I preferred anything else? I don?t think she should have picked for me.Then I ordered a steak and wanted it well and when the food came it was rare. To rare for me to eat. The time the server cameback to ask how was everything all my sides were about gone, I stated that the steak was way to rare and she said well youordered medium rare and was kinda rude about it? which I didn?t I asked for well. She states she can have them put it back onthe grill and I said no its okay everything else is on my plate is gone and it kind of turned me off now and ordered anotherdrink and a dipping sauce. Ten minutes go by and she come and says one check or two and i state one check and I state we orderedanother drink and she said oh yeah sorry. Then comes back with the drink and two checks? never got the dipping sauce. Very badservice definitely do not recommend and will not be returning. $60 for horrible service!!! I want to give -5 stars. Another staple of my personal restaurant choices here in Columbus. Sometimes there's a wait but that's never prohibitive for... me. Staff is always friendly, attentive, and accommodating. Food is fantastic in my experiences, the warm rolls and butteralways a plus and prices are decent. A family-friendly atmosphere as well. They are following COVID-19 guidelines with staffwearing masks and guests required to wear them entering, waiting in the lobby, and exiting. Read more
Came in around 8pm 10/22/22. Ordered the ribs, steak,and chicken. Ribs were fall off the bone tender. I ordered a well done... steak. Something that rarely happens for me is the steak was PERFECT. Well done and super tender. The waitress was very friendlyand attentive. Read more
