I ordered here for the first time on a whim through DoorDash & I was not satisfied @ all. I see the reviews & usually anything a... 4.3 in stars is sure to satisfy Right..? WRONG! Stick to the places w/ a 4.4 & above. I ordered the LEANguini Lemon Parm pastaas I?m not a meant eater & when I received the food it honestly look like it had already been made well before I ordered & itwas sitting out. Having it in the car to the time it made it to my house would not have it looking as DRY as it did. I?mallergic to tomato?s so I requested none. What do you think I received TOMATOES. No spinach in the pasta as listed & the noodlesweren?t even tender (Under cooked need I be more specific). I was not impressed w/ this place @ all & I usually try differentplaces, but this?ll have to be one I pass on when it comes to delivery, as it seems like directions on a receipt can?t befollowed & y?all know DoorDash up charges, so why make it even worse by messing up the order? I absolutely love this location. I came here ordered my food and I saw how hard they were working there was someone who placed... an online order with like 10 different bowls so I understood that It was going to take some time. The manager was super kind andgave me a voucher for a free bowl for my wait which I told them was not necessary because I understood that they were busy. Andeven after this they kept apologizing for the wait. These guys work so hard. Read more
Some of the staff was friendly and some were rude. One worker walked away in the middle of me explaining that there was an issue... with the food. The chicken was unfortunately burned, so it did need to be remade. (I was told the grill just cooks that way. Ifthat is the case, it totally is not the fault of the workers at all, but it should be fixed hymanagement/headquarters.) Anyways, the food still came back slightly burned again upon the 2nd time. I took it home anywaysbecause I could tell they were not trying to make it again. Also, they subbed the pasta type without asking, not a big issue butit would have been better to ask. The taste was alright, but worse than all the other Noodles locations I have been to before.The pasta was undercooked. Super good food but this specific location had a bad fountain drink system and all of my drinks didn't taste good
This company really went downhill. Went in to get the Japanese Pan noodle. Use to be a staple of mine for years. The noodle... sauce was watery and had no flavor. The noodles generally have a slight sear to them, from being fried in a pan. These did not.They were barely warm, let alone seared. I ordered extra mushrooms, literally found Zero mushrooms. Place is garbage now. Feelslike fast food and didn't feel healthy or taste good at all. Its not the same Pan Noodle they had 10 years ago. If you're gonnaspend $15.00 on bad fast food you might as well get a cheap meal to go from a real restaurant. I tried 2 different locationsjust to make sure, and both disappointed hard. I can't bring myself to try the Penne Rosa. I will just remember the restaurantfor what it use to be and move on. Read more
My 3 cheese tortellini with added grilled chicken was freaking awesome... it was amazing I would recommend everyone trying it.... I also gave it a thumbs up and if you're looking for a job there also hiring so there you go while you're eating your lunch ordinner you could fill out an application and get the interview for a job. I went here last week and ordered the Mont amore dish. In the bottom of my dish was an entire cold, uncooked diced up tomato. ... It was disgusting. I ordered the larger of 2 sizes and it seems the tomato was used to make up some space. I have been to thislocation many times with no problem, but am not coming back. Who puts an entire uncooked tomato into a dish without at leastheating it through? Read more
