We are long time fans of Noodles and Co. and we have actually never had a bad experience until we visited this location. The... noodles were overcooked for both of our dishes. They were chewy, and not good. We had limited time being on lunch, so we did notrequest for it to be remade. 32.00 for lunch for 2 people is not cheap. Came in with a moderately large group and the workers would only serve a quarter of us as they didn?t want to have to work to... complete our order. Kind of sad that people don?t want to do their jobs these days. We were the only people in the restaurantand were willing to be patient and wait. Sad. Read more
This location gets orders right maybe 50% of the time. It?s really annoying. Sometimes we order spaghetti dinners for our... children when we?ve had long days at work. We sub the noodle for something that we don?t have to cut for them, usually rigatoni.On 4-5 occasions within the past 6 months or so, something was wrong with the order. A side was missing, milk was missing, orthe noodle wasn?t subbed. It costs 20% of the total cost of the kids meal to sub the noodle.. so it?s extremely frustrating togive this location money for nothing. Not to mention it?s not super easy or convenient to request your money back. It?shappened too many times. I?m done ordering from this location. If you can swing it, the one on maxtown/state street does a muchbetter job. Read more

Wow apparently budget cut happening in this place. I went to a different noodle & company in Iowa 2 months ago, they served us... in a big plate and in here?.in a freaking plastic bowl?!? The portions were smaller than we had in Iowa. We?re very disappointedto be honest. And from the picture, the Japanese noodle bowl supposed to come with dumplings, yet the reality it didn?t. Oh onemore thing?.please have those employees clean up the trash area once in a while, it was piled up so high last night, we wereconfused where to put our ?plastic bowl? after we done. Though a bit slower than most Noodles & Co around, it always supplies a tasty meal. I Particularly recommend the Mac and... cheese. Please also keep in mind that anything ordered from here is significantly better when consumed at the restaurant -something I haven't noticed as much as other restaurants. Why have a customer facing kitchen if all I?m seeing is people talking? like yes they were working but they were giving the... least. They were literally going at like 2% work capacity. I would have been less upset if I hadn?t seen them and how they lookbefuddled about how to make Mac and cheese. Point 2 food: so it took a while (15min plus) and my soup has mushy noodles andmy Mac and cheese has unmelted cheese, it?s hella dry, and the noodle was undercooked! I have enjoyed Campbells chunky chickennoodle more than there?s. Like just take it off the menu instead of charging near $7 for people to found out it ain?t it, it wasalso very oily and salty.
