Ordered pizza for pickup. When I arrived the employee was flat out rude. I asked to purchase 2 additional slices and he told me... he was too busy and to move aside while he helped other customers picking up. Waited another 6 minutes for him to finally offerto help. Placed 2 cold slices in a box and didn't reheat them. He then slammed the food on the counter rudely like payingcustomers were the worst. Only time I come is for the hot chicken takeover matchup. Mikey's is always a great pizza option and definitely my favorite in Ohio. This location is also inside a pretty nice bar that... makes waiting for the pizza enjoyable. Also a huge fan of their seasonal Thanksgiving Gobbler pizza, I would definitelyrecommend it. Read more
Showed up at 8 pizza was old the guy said he'd warm it up for us it had only been sitting there for an hour asked for fresh... pizza he said he'd warm up the pizza that had only been there for an hour we stayed for an hour drank a couple beers when weleft it was the same pizza sitting there and he'll warm it up for ya. * I can't reply so I'll edit this I guess I should've beena little more clear this is my favorite place to get pizza I am very aware of the process this pizza was old and the heat lampsweren't even on there is a shelf life on the ingredients on the pizza. Made the incredible mistake of ordering through DoorDash (more like DoorTrash). The driver told DoorDash that this location was... closed and cancelled my order. I contacted the location and they still had my pizza sitting on the counter. Went and picked itup myself and it was as delicious as any other Mikey's Spicy Pepperoni I've ever had. Would recommend. If I could give them zero stars I would. They never even bothered to make our pizza. We originally arrived and were told that... the pizza wasn't ready yet. So we waited another 15 minutes as we were advised the pizza would be ready by then. But was thentold that the pizza still wasn't ready that it would be another 10 minutes. Meanwhile, many other orders are flying out of thekitchen. At that point I requested my money back. The manager never bothered to come out or apologize for the inconvenience,which was a major inconvenience with 3 children hungry children waiting in the car! I will NEVER patron this business again! Ordered pizza through Mikey's website, got 2 confirmation emails, drove to the restaurant, and when I got there they told me... they aren't doing online orders. Other locations were not accepting orders at the time, but this one was. The worker was alsofairly rude about it. Read more
