I am so tired of getting luke-warm fries from mcdonalds. They used to have the best fries. But i rarely get hot, crispy fries.... After ordering on the app and waiting 6 minutes to get to the window of the Drive-through line my husband and i got lukewarm.Soggy, under seasoned fries. Read more
Didn't recieve any food at all! Waited at the speaker because I was asked to do so. Which is totally fine until the other line... places their orders when they arrived after you. I won't come here again. I understand being short staffed as we all are. Butat least help people in the appropriate order. Read more
Is it a job requirement to work so slow? By the time I received my order, my passenger 98 year old Margaret died and we had the... funeral and we still didn't even make it to the first window. By the time I got my food, the person at the window had aged 10years. At least the toilets were clean. I tried finding Ronald McDonald in the phone book but all I got was a restraining orderfrom three different Ronald McDonalds. Read more
Excellent customer service. Very easy drive-thru experience. Big Mac was apropos to standard level of quality accustomed to the... regular McDonald's diner. Only critique was that the chicken nuggets, although piping hot, texture on point, we're slightlyunder flavored and undersalted. Otherwise 8/ 10 would come back again Read more
WORST DRIVE THRU EVER! How can you call it ?fast food? when you have to wait in line for about an hour??! And they got my order... wrong for like a million time!!! 45 minutes just to be able to order in the drive thru. No acknowledgement of the insane wait and took even longer to get the... food. I would?ve left, but the one by my house closes early and my girlfriend wanted McDonald?s. i live not too far from this mcdonald?s and have been here many times. usually, they?re pretty efficient and fairly friendly.... unfortunately tho, the food is usually pretty bad and recently my sweet teas have been, honestly disgusting. last time, it hadthis odd taste to it and was pretty much clear. THIS TIME, is had an even worse taste, was carbonated, and there was thenastiest black particles floating in it and settled at the bottom. and i noticed this AFTER i drank a gulp of it. sad day when agirl can?t even get a sweet tea around here lollll.
