I am so tired of getting luke-warm fries from mcdonalds. They used to have the best fries. But i rarely get hot, crispy fries.... After ordering on the app and waiting 6 minutes to get to the window of the Drive-through line my husband and i got lukewarm.Soggy, under seasoned fries. Read more
Didn't recieve any food at all! Waited at the speaker because I was asked to do so. Which is totally fine until the other line... places their orders when they arrived after you. Is it a job requirement to work so slow? By the time I received my order, my passenger 98 year old Margaret died and we had the... funeral and we still didn't even make it to the first window. By the time I got my food, the person at the window had aged 10years. At least the toilets were clean. Excellent customer service. Very easy drive-thru experience. Big Mac was apropos to standard level of quality accustomed to the... regular McDonald's diner.
