The lady at the drive thru Yelled at me as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru window before I had said anything, already... seeming annoyed. After this when I order a happy meal they gave me a black burger with one pickle and no sauce. I ordered 2small fries instead of the one small fry and apple slices and recieved only one small fry. The Big Mac I got today was so disappointing. Dry, tough, rubbery burgers with no discernable beef taste, powdery bun that... wasn't as good as I remembered. I could see the bun had been grilled, but, how long ago? The lettuce tasted bitter, and asidefrom the slight taste from the cheese, the dominating flavor was the sweet corn syrup of the "special sauce". I counted a totalof two tiny, shriveled pickle slices. I don't think I've ever something this unhealthy yet so disappointing at the sametime. Usually, if you give in to temptation, and eat something bad for you, at least it's GOOD. And, it costs over $4now. Triple disappointment, I almost want to cry, I'm serious. Is this even beef? Two ladies working the evening shift are very rude and have horrible customer service. The lady taking my order rushed me as I... was ordering, couldn't even get my words out. The lady taking the money and handing out the food doesn't understand how to sayyou're welcome. I said thank you after each item she handed me. A total of 4 times and she never said you're welcome back. Gotmy sons happy meal wrong from simply not reading the order. Went inside to get it corrected but the lady that took my orderseemed annoyed. I asked for an extra fry AND honey mustard. Got my extra fry turned her back and never looked back at me. ISTILL needed the honey mustard but gave up and left. REDICULOUS! Hire people with better customer service. I work in customerservice and could NEVER act like how those ladies acted. I would have been written up or fired. Please do better and in themeantime will go to another location, until the problem is fixed. Read more
