Two ladies working the evening shift are very rude and have horrible customer service. The lady taking my order rushed me as I... was ordering, couldn't even get my words out. The lady taking the money and handing out the food doesn't understand how to sayyou're welcome. I said thank you after each item she handed me. A total of 4 times and she never said you're welcome back. Gotmy sons happy meal wrong from simply not reading the order. Went inside to get it corrected but the lady that took my orderseemed annoyed. I asked for an extra fry AND honey mustard. Got my extra fry turned her back and never looked back at me. ISTILL needed the honey mustard but gave up and left. REDICULOUS! Hire people with better customer service. I work in customerservice and could NEVER act like how those ladies acted. I would have been written up or fired. Please do better and in themeantime will go to another location, until the problem is fixed. Read more
