Had to make a pitstop in this McDonald?s this morning around 6 AM and these two young ladies were working the entire drive... through slow heading to the airport by themselves initially I was like where is the crew and I discovered they were the crew sowhoever owns this McDonald?s really need to come in these ladies throw them a few extra dollars a few extra vacation . It's by the John Glenn international airport. The service was good and the quality of the food was great, it came out hot. They... made my ice coffee perfect and I'm not usually a fan of most McDonald's way of making it. There's a nice lounge area and thestore was clean and maintained well. Read more
6/9/22 I stopped in this location after picking up a rental car. I should've followed my first mind and left because I stood at... the counter waiting for the young lady to ask to take my order. After about three minutes the manager said she can help you. Iresponded well I didn't know since she never asked to take my order. I ordered a number one. Big Mac meal no pickle, light salton the fries, sweet tea light ice and a sweet tea on the side with light ice. I got my order it had extra pickle, the fries werecold snd extremely salty and instead of bringing out more tea the manager fills both my cups with unsweet tea and squirts someliquid in them. They tasted horrible. When I arrived home to call to complain the 800 number sent me to the store voicemailsaying nobody could take my call. So I called the restraunt directly. Same result no answer. I called both numbers four timeseach. I wish I could give them a zero for rating for food and customer service but had to give them at least one star in orderto review them. Says open 24hrs. It's not. We came in on a delayed flight. Took the shuttle to the car rental. Car rental closed and our car... wasn't pulled. Walked through the rain thinking we could get some food at McDonald's, and it's closed. Way to go Columbus! Read more
This McDonald's is convenient, whether you're headed out of town or coming home. On my last visit, I thought the employees were... polite and they did a good job at keeping the place clean. I wouldn't call it good or bad, but overall I'd recommend it ifyou're looking for a quick bite to eat. Read more
Absolutely worst McDonald's I've ever visited. After a long and early flight, we stopped at the first thing we seen before... hopping onto the highway. Its breakfast time and yes, Thanksgiving. We wanted to get the kids something quick to munch on beforethe long drive home. Not only did the lady at the driving through have zero customer service skills, only answering with a yup.. I know they can't control prices but 25$ later for 4 sandwiches, you'd think I wouldnt GET EGG SHELLS IN MY MCGRIDDLES!! I'mso upset I almost threw up it was so gross. Like not slight egg shells either. Large and multiple pieces! My kids wouldn't eveneat. Waste of money and time. Can't even call to say anything either cause no one answers the phone. How wonderful.
