The lady handing out the food was so preoccupied with her conversation that she gave me the bag and turned her back k to the... window without missing a word. I had to blow the horn to get her attention and ask for my drinks. Then, I had to park and go into get the missing food. Read more

They got my online order mixed up with someone else's and packed my drink full of ice. Went to go dump out my tea at the... fountain drinks but it was out of order so I went back to the counter to have my drink remade but there was a crowd blocking me.They were disorganized and didn't know what they were doing with all the people that they had. I ordered a sweet tea while mybrother ordered an unsweetened tea and mine is significantly lighter and watered down compared to his because of the ice. Read more

On this particular visit to this particular Mickey D's, I spent 6000 points for a Big Mac. I get to the drive-thru and they tell... me they can't do mobile orders because "mobile orders" service is down. I go inside and talk to the manager and let her knowthat they took my 6000 points already. She tells me to hit the Help button in the app. Eventually I send a message about theproblem. 4 days later I get an email with a reference number and they tell me call a specific number. I did that and gave thereference number. I expected some resolution, a Big Mac or my points restored. 1 week after the incident, I am still withoutresolution here. Until this is rectified, I am not a patron to this chain anymore. Read more

Went through the drive-thru about 11:50 a.m. for lunch. I ordered a number six fish sandwich meal. The french fries were nice... and hot! Unfortunately the fish sandwich was just medium warm. Read more
