I witnessed an employee take money from the drawer and put it in her pocket. Noone ever came back to the window to take my... order. A young man (employee)stood in plain sight of me and never acknowledged my presence. I drove off. Went next door toWendy's where my money was appreciated and customer service and food was very good. Worst experience ever I went into the restaurant on Thanksgiving mourning I ordered 6 sandwiches one was missing when I came... back inside I was told by management I was lying and the sandwich was in the bag and refused a refund or my food which I paidfor I will be in contact with coparate regarding this visit. Some of the worst customer service and employees on the face of the earth. Can't speak English, can't take orders correctly, and... have a constant chip on their shoulders. The sad thing is they're not even the worse. Get employees that take pride in their joband get those self entitled employees out. I can't wait til someone catches that place on ????. Read more
Horrible experience as usual!!! I ordered a happy meal on 9/14/22 and they forgot the fries and only gave my son 3 nuggets. This... McDonald?s is so bad I don?t even call the (always busy) restaurant number. We just call the health department ever visit. Thefood sucks the service is even worse. Waited in line after ordering 25 mins.. The guy at the window addressed himself as Jamal the 3rd shift manager told me to ****... off he had no orders on his screen. Said the same to the 3 or 4 cars in front of me. I never waste my time doing these reviews..but this type of service is not any good for business.. you were my go to location until today. Its McDonald's it's getting expensive not there fault inflation but food is as always sub par 1 meal was 10 bucks also paid 60... cents for cup of Mac sauce and I got a tiny blob pic included. why do I always forget how nasty there food is and return after ayear or so!! That being said there coffee ?? is actually really really good and still pretty cheap but it's the only thing onthe menu that edible! Read more
If I could give zero stars I would. I don't even know how this place calls itself a business. Waited in line forever the first... time, messed up our order and rang it up wrong, then we waited in line a second time around and finally get to the window andthey wanted to argue about a slice of tomato being 60 cents(because they didn't want to remake our food correctly after theyscrewed it up a second time,if they would've made the food correctly we wouldn't have minded paying it) like we intentionallyscrewed up our own order on the receipt so we would have to wait ANOTHER 30+ minutes in line to save 60 cents. Then they finallygave us tomato, didn't remove the lettuce we didn't want, and this is the tomato they gave us and the guy at the window wascussing at us when we did nothing to prompt that. Also not in uniform and they had music with profanity in it blarring so loudhe could barely even understand us trying to talk to him. My boyfriend works at a restaurant and I'm in management at a salon.We both are in customer service and understand what it's like to be in a busy service industry position so we aren'tunreasonable people who deserve to be treated like this, this wasn't just an off night for these employees, these aren't highschool kids working their first job who don't know any better, they're just completely unprofessional.
