Terrible service. Lie to your face. No care or concern how customers are treated. I asked if what they were giving me was for... sure sweet tea because he came from the back with it instead of getting it out of the urn by the window. He said yes. Got homeand it was not sweet and had no ice. As always at this location wait forever to get home and realize you got the wrong/missing,food/items. Read more
*Very* busy (and kind of slow) drive thru today even though it was 10:20 when we arrived - not a typical time for a busy drive... thru. Picked up a late breakfast for my daughter on her way to school. Food was ready when we got to the window. Not superhot, but that was fine so my daughter could eat it. It wasn't cold, just not super hot (which is good)! Staff were all verypolite. 4 stars for the length of time it took to get through the drive thru *only* everything else was exactly as it shouldhave been. This McDonalds is never a disappointment. I don't mind waiting in line but I know people order a lot of food this time of night.... I drive Uber and this is the only McDonald's I will visit in the entire Columbus area. Always friendly staff. Order done rightand always hot and fresh. I love this place Read more
Arrived here at 0640 on a Tuesday. Drive thru was slow moving, upon reaching the window they only had 2 people working. A... manager and one single employee. I give them credit for trying. I ordered a sweet tea, sausage mcmuffin and hashbrown. I didnot receive a sweet tea, it was excessively bitter, went back through the drive thru. 9 minutes later got my tea replaced.However they would take the bad tea, and only having one cup holder they suggested throwing it away in a trash can around theother side of the store. Which I did, driving one handed holding a large nasty tea out the window. Once back in my car Iattempted to eat my McMuffin, that was hard, like rock. At least the sausage was hot. The hashbrown was cold, over cooked. Soafter 20 minutes total I got my $4 tea and peice of sausage. I will have to really think hard and long about returning to thislocation, and think twice about to McDonald's again at all. Overall their quality and service has dropped over the last fewyears. Whoever worked intercom for drive thru tonight, you could tell in their voice that you were not welcome. I got a LG big Mac... meal, with no pickles. It wasnt marked on my order, AND there were still pickles on it, but like two tony edge pieces, whichmeans it was on the sandwich, then taken off. I can't imagine how bad they would feel if I were allergic. Retrain your nightstaff. Left corner of box shows the pickle. Also it was 9 mins till close and they shut lights off so I wasn't able to get itfixed.. Read more
I ordered delivery. I ordered a triple cheese burger and some fries with ketchup. Also got a drink, no straw for the drink thats... fine but the triple cheese burger had 2 top pieces of the bun. It looked like someone squeezed it see the picture. The frieswas stone cold. There was no ketchup for my fries. I know it was delivery but I work about 10 minute drive from the restaurant.I would of went and got the food myself but I work at a company with only me working there and I cant close to get lunch. This McDonald's needs an intervention. I went thru the drive-thru at 9:30PM on 10/22, ordering only a kids meal. The woman at... the window handed me the kids meal box, and inside the box were four chicken nuggets, a Pokemon toy and 4 ketchup packets. There were no fries, which is what I ordered for the kids meal. The employees inside we're arguing back-and-forth. I could hearthem as I sat in the drive-through.
