This regards the 4840 Hamilton rd store by New Albany. The rudest employees I have ever come in contact with. This is how... they resolve their issues, even when you call to set up an appointment with the district manager. And, FYI, still no refund! Icalled the store to set up a meeting with your district manager whom I was told some gentleman's name. When I arrived, insteadof talking to him, I get some female that just blew me off and never once apologized for the major inconvenience. Kept givingexcuses but never once apologizing made me see this was going nowhere, so I said, that's it and started walking out. Shethen, yells at me very loudly and sternly to "leave the store" and used my comment as a way to lose all professionalism and justtalked to me like we were in a trailerpark. I am just shocked at the absolute worst customer service in the world. Can someonemake this right? Is there someone in the management system capable of fixing this? I will update this review as it is settled ornot settled. 3 separate trips to the store with no satisfaction and still no return of my money! Read more

Fastest and freshest breakfast on the go I have found. Wish they were closer to my home usually get on way to work.

The employees don't care much to serve or ring you up. If you use the kiosk of course you avoid this issue. If not however... expect to shout for someone or be ignored. The food however was hot and fresh. The burger seemed kind of cold and probably satfor a minute. The fries were fresh out of the oil. Cleanliness is probably a 3 out of 5 too. Read more

Everyone standing around and talking. No one answered at the drive thru window so I went inside. The manager, a balding White... male was standing with his back to the entry way with his arms folded talking with another colleague. Older gentlemen signalshim that I'm present, he turns around continuing his conversation and said nothing. He barely moved from the spot he wasstanding in. So I turned & left the store. I'm seeing and hearing a great amount of complaining from staff in specific areas ofbusiness about customers but there is literally no customer service anymore. There is no standard. The barest of bare minimum isacceptable. Can you breathe? You're hired! Read more

Every single time I come to this location they never have their "frappe machine" up. It's only a blender, they're just lazy and... don't want to clean it or even do their job. Read more

Whoever was doing curbside orders tonight did an amazing job. 7-6-22 around 6 or 6:30 pm. Food is hot and delicious.

Worst McDonald's, they over charge even when you show them the mc chickens on the sign are 2 for 2$. Employee was rude and... really didn't care at drive thru. Read more

This is usually my favorite McDonald?s to go to because of the customer service and hot fresh food. The past two times I have... went here it just has not been that unfortunately. I went today and ordered a mcchicken and a Carmel frappe and received abarely warm chicken sandwich and a chocolate milkshake. Previous experience someone started taking my order on the speaker andnever finished as I continued to ask with no response. I ended up leaving with nothing. Hopefully they can get better withcorrect orders and customer service. Just paid 3$ for a large fry for it to be half full.. Read more
