I walked in and ordered medium fries, register reads $3.18. Cashier reaches around the card reader and removes a Chase Debt Card... and placed it into her pocket. Register blinks a couple times and reads $2.60. I stated that I believe I was overcharged.Cashier says no sir, you were charged appropriately. I sat down, pulled up bank statement and showed the charge to the Cashier.She walked away calmly and asked the manager to please remove the two cheese burger charge. Wow! That's jacked up. Read more

This Mickey D's felt a little more hood than it should being this close to downtown. Pulling up there was what seemed like a... worker being thrown out of her own store. Apparently they checked her bag for something, a shouting match ensued, somethingabout a syringe, and she was being tossed. They have great frappes at this location, if you don't mind the entertainment in theform of the employees getting reprimanded. 3/5 stars Read more
My iced coffee taste like ice water with cream, and my McChicken was plain. Apparently this location doesn?t know how to... properly take orders. This isn?t the first time this has happened. Nearly every time I?ve came here they?ve messed somethingup, and they don?t answer their phones. If you can avoid this location, do. If it weren?t so close to home I would never comehere. Also, be sure to check everything before pulling away from that window, and always ask for the receipt. They WILL arguewith you over your missing food if you don?t have it and make you feel like you?re lying to them for free food. They?ll alsogive you attitude when you tell them their mistake, no matter how politely you point it out. Their ice cream machine neverworks, and they will constantly fail at giving you what you?ve paid for. Also, most of the time the employees are very rude.There?s 0 customer service here from most of them. They?re too busy on their phones or talking to each other 75% of the time. Double cheese was cold! Other then that....it was McDonalds! Incredibly rude delivery service. I was ordering because I was hungry in the morning. Someone wrote "Big D" on the delivery... bags. Clearly there's no customer service training.
