I?ve been going to Massey?s for 30+ years because their food and customer experience are both solid (including the Graceland... restaurant/sports location). If the service is not perfect, consider the current ?environment? of hiring challenges/lack ofinterest/pay rates and acknowledge the fact that the employees are there to sell and service you, not trying to prevent you fromgetting what you want. Both retail and food industries are struggling to hire/retain employees and their staff must be stressedto the max. Consider tipping well and empathic to the employees. Read more

8/18/22. Wanted good pizza for my birthday. Called for pickup. Got there waited 10 minutes for someone to come to front desk.... Girl was very condescending, said wasn't ready. When finally got, ( should have checked before leaving) got home , burnt. Couldnot eat crust. Go there a lot. Not sure what was happening today. Read more

The place was nice and clean and the food was outstanding. The Massinator is a meal in itself.

This pizza used to be stellar. Is it under new management? The food and service have gone WAY downhill. No longer worth the... price. Decor: ???????? Staff: ???????? Food: ?????? First time at Massey's. This place is pretty big, clean, good for big group, a lot... of people and staff was really nice! We ordered pizza, meat balls and mini corn dog. All the food was okay. So far we like thecorn dog the most. Meat balls were like all the meat balls we had and the pizza we think it's like Donatos.
