Really? I mean... Really? The date is 2/3/2020. Did not decide to write about it until now. I call, they sound... aggravated ... over the phone. They said it would take 30 minutes, got in 5 minutes early. Nearly 20 minutes later, they give it to me, paid,left, ate, and it was unsatisfying, please dont take offense its just my opinion. HORRIBLE. NOT CLEAN. They use imitation cheese and do NOT wash their hands when preparing their food. I watched the guy that... makes the pizza work the register, then go back and start touching the food without cleaning his hands and/or applying gloves.Gross establishment and horrible customer service. I arrived in Columbus at 1:30 AM and the hotel staff handed me a stack of advertisements for pizza places that stay open late.... Mama Mia?s was on top so I grabbed it and gave it a try. I was told on the phone that the pizza would be delivered in 45 minutesand it was right on time. I ordered the Delux Supreme and flavor was on par. There was lots of cheese and toppings on my pizza.Despite the negative reviews this is a decent pizza, not the best but I would prefer Mia?s over Caesar?s or Dominoes. My onegripe is that the pizza was tipped at one point and most of the cheese slid to one half the pizza. Read more
This place is TERRIBLE. The ONE, small pizza I ordered took over an hour and a half and arrived COLD. It was clearly just a... frozen pizza that hadn't been heated through. When I tried to discuss this with the staff, they told me nothing could be done. I called several other times and a manager was supposed to get back to me but still hasn't. Awful business, never even delivered the pizza that we ordered and paid for. If you're in Columbus DO NOT go here. Go to school... people take some business classes and learn how to run a respected business. Read more
