The women taking orders was under a lot of pressure. The power outage had them low on ingredients and they was getting slammed.... My heart went out to her. I ordered food for my granddaughter myself and my daughter in law. I ordered Italian cheesebread as my daughter in law has an... allergy to tomatoes. We were given pepperoni pizza instead. This was not acceptable as I don't eat pepperoni and my daughterin law can't have the sauce. We tried to call them several times and no one picked up the phone. The store was not busy. Read more
Tried the Calzony from this location. It was better than I expected but I probably wouldn't get it again. It reminded me a bit... of a stuffed cruft pizza but the bread and cheese tasted like Bosco breadsticks I used to eat in elementary school. The Parmesanon the crust was probably the best part. I placed an online order(pay in store) and went to pick it up exactly at the time it said to. I paid for 2 cheese sauces and... they were unavailable, which is ok but she said I couldn?t be refunded. Because she couldn?t re-ring it, she asked if anothersauce would work but I only wanted the cheese sauce. She offered an extra garlic and I said that was fine. After I paid for myorder, she forgot to ring my drink and then had to charge me separately and I had asked if instead of the refund, could I justget the soda. She said because it was .40 cents more, she couldn?t. I would?ve paid the difference, but that wasn?t an option.All that to say, I get home and the pizza is: Wet, soggy and cold. The cheese,veggies and crust were majorly undercooked to thepoint of needing to recook it at home. Very disappointed, and will not be coming back to this location.
