I placed an online order(pay in store) and went to pick it up exactly at the time it said to. I paid for 2 cheese sauces and... they were unavailable, which is ok but she said I couldn?t be refunded. Because she couldn?t re-ring it, she asked if anothersauce would work but I only wanted the cheese sauce. She offered an extra garlic and I said that was fine. After I paid for myorder, she forgot to ring my drink and then had to charge me separately and I had asked if instead of the refund, could I justget the soda. She said because it was .40 cents more, she couldn?t. I would?ve paid the difference, but that wasn?t an option.All that to say, I get home and the pizza is: Wet, soggy and cold. The cheese,veggies and crust were majorly undercooked to thepoint of needing to recook it at home. Very disappointed, and will not be coming back to this location.
