Was ripped off! Online order didn't receive two 2 Liter drinks and no one gets held responsible! Ordered extra cheesy pizza... barely any cheese on there. Won't be doing business again with thieves. I suggest you order your pizza somewhere else! Read more
This location really needs help with management . They never have pizzas in the warmers ready to go have to wait for 30mins to... get one no matter what time of day it is. Online ordering is a joke says it be ready at certain time when it's not and have towait almost 30mins after the fact. They have employees that seem like they don't care and playing on their phones withcustomer's filled in the lobby while one person helping the customers at the counter and pizzas stacked and piling up on thecutting/complete stage getting cold. I know on certain times of the day and the weekends it's going to be busy but having towait 30-1hr for a order is beyond unacceptable. And they seems to have average 6 employees in the back. Went in to pick up some pizza I ordered and paid for ahead of time. With several people in line the guy decided to take care of... two different customers who walked in behind me before even talking to me. When I asked why he continued to skip me he saidbecause they already paid for there order. I informed him I did as well and he told me my food was in the port. I've never seenthem before so I did not know how it worked or that it was even there. I was able to figure it out on my own. My sauces werenot with my food so I had to check my order and find that they were not there and grab them on my own. Pregnant anddisappointed. Read more
Food is usually hit or miss depending it seems on what type of day the employees are having. Can get in and out in a pretty fast... manner. You can order ahead and get your order or they have things Hot N Ready, for the days when you don't have time to wait!There are several beverage choices also many different dipping sauce choices if you like that with your pizza. Worst service. Worst hard old pizza that I waited 20 minutes for. It was Luke warm and hard. I ate half a slice and didn't touch... the rest. Oh and the Young lady at the front, she should be fired. Haha wow was she rude. Read more
