Fresh and hot. Always made/taste really good. Only issue was waiting time.. seemed to take awhile to get order
I only gave 4 stars because the company?s slogan is ?hot n? ready? but I had to wait for my pizzas. Other than that everything... was great. Service and food were good. I recommend this location. Read more
Got a hot an ready. It was neither hot nor ready. And it turned my gastrointestinal tract into a liquid excrement high pressure... fire hose. Almost 9 solid hours of the doo-doo-pocalypse. Needless to say I was less than thrilled. I would say I'm neverreturning but it would make no difference as the Asian owner/operator has the customer appreciation skills of a petulantteenager. Have had a number of bad experiences here in the past, and typically avoid the location. However it was convenient and I stopped... yesterday. I didn?t catch his name, but the new GM was outstanding. Greeted me upon entry, was clear quick and concise in takingmy order. For the first time ever at this location I didn?t have to wait for my food, and the quality of everything was great.My pizza was cooked perfectly, cut all the way through, and still tasted fresh despite it actually being hot&ready. Stuffedcrazy bread was also ready for the first time, quality was there as well. All in all a great experience. The new manager wasawesome and you can really tell someone is trying to turn this location around. Read more
Ordered the ExtraMostBestest Italian sausage and well... As you can see in the picture, they probably should rename it the... IncludedFewLeastest Italian Sausage pizza. There was like no sauce on the pizza, definitely no extra cheese, and certainly noextra sausage on it. Probably won't be going here anymore since there several other pizza places within walking distance. Read more
Avoid this place We ordered a couple of extramostest pizzas and the sausage pizza had 14 pieces of sausage on the entire pizza... and the pepperoni wasn't any better. I tried to call the store, but they never answer their phones. I ended up contactingsomeone from their FB page which told me to call their customer support team. I did this and after a month, an area managercalled me and apologized for the pathetic pizza. He told me that there would be a credit for our pizza in their system. Today Itried to call to order the pizzas to use the credit and again, they don't answer their phones. Tried FB again only to be told tocall the customer service number. I waited on hold for 24 minutes before I gave up. Read more
The person at the counter barely spoke English. I was trying to order the deluxe pepperoni pizza and had to pantomime what I... ordered and she finally seemed to understand. I added extra sauce and green peppers to my order. Should have checked it beforeI left and when I got home it was just a regular pizza. No extra sauce and about a tablespoon of tiny pieces of shriveled greenpeppers ???? Tried to call the manager and had to leave a message. I was never called back. Friendly warning to anyone thatreads this. Don't GO...EVER! Go to Donatas or Papa John's as they will give you the pizza you ordered with a decent amount oftoppings! Just don't go here???? Read more
