The omelet and egg sandwich were the worst we have ever had. It looked and tasted like it was a premix poured out of a carton.... The croissant was stale and they served my sandwich with something that looked like a salad(?) but served no purpose on theplate. Coffee was tasteless and looked like tea. The lobby is disorganized and no one really knows what line to get in. Theemployees are clearly understaffed and I saw several customers having to clear the tables themselves. I'm discovering that thisis typical for Columbus. Don't give this culinary crime organization another dollar. Read more

The pastries LOOK good, but that?s about it. $6.50 for each and they were okay at best. The eclair was bland and but dry. The... tart was better, but only mediocre. Went across the street to Whole Foods and tried their eclair to compare. Spend $4 and go toWhole Foods; they taste much better! You can find better elsewhere for cheaper. Overpriced and not good. A great place to stop in with your friends and chat for a while well catching up on some much-needed French pastry. You can take... all the time you need while sipping on some fresh tea and enjoying the French cuisine. Their food is hot and fresh every fewminutes coming out of the oven and then present it to you for a quick ordering process. If you like cheese and bread and allsorts of variations this is the place for you! Read more

Years ago there was a small French pastry place in our hometown. I have been lamenting the loss of it since they went out of... business. Then, a friend brought me here and my lamentations stopped. The food is amazing and the pastries sublime. I am surethat there is some magic that happens in the kitchen when they prepare the oatmeal. Best I have ever had. Well worth the drivefrom Cincinnati! This is now the place I think of when I long for good French pastries from kind, amazing people. Read more

A bit disappointed after wanting to go when I saw how highly rated this place was. Hubs and I wanted pastries and coffee so... decided to try this out. Had lots of varieties of baked goods and all looked really delicious. We got 4 different pastries, brioche bun, cherry pinwheel, triple berry tart and the Le Chatelaine mousse cake. We both enjoyed the berry tart (would be evenbetter if puff pastry) and most of all, the cherry pinwheel. I was super disappointed with the mousse cake cause that was just adry slice of chocolate cake. The brioche was okay, not exceptional. We ordered cafe au lait and I guess cause we asked fordifferent beans, they made us a whole mug each...if we knew, we'd just order two of the same or a different kind of coffeelol. We would still return though to try out the croissants and the hot food menus - the quiches looked good. Read more

A little land of France with all its culinary delight- at least the name says so, lol! I stopped by for a quick breakfast. The... regular coffee was just ok. My mum took a ?Darjeeling Tea?, and omg that?s horrible! I mean they don?t k ow what?s Darjeelingtea is, so technically I?m not sure if we should bland them or not ( I was born, and bright up in Calcutta, and Darjeeling teais in my vain). They was just an ordinary English tea - no, an overpriced English breakfast tea! The croissant was terrific! Iloved that. The chocolate layered pastry was pretty decent. They had their counters filled with many delightful, mouth wateringbaked goodies and treats, I would definitely go back to taste at least some of them. Read more

Great little quick service spot in Upper Arlington. Reminds me of La Madeline, a lot. I had the cinnamon raisin croissant and a... cup of tea. They use the higher end Harney and Sons and have a really good assortment to choose from. Service is good and Ididn?t feel rushed in making a decision (I can be a little indecisive when things look so good). Patio is perfect on a prettyday. Read more
