Delicious snack, but not filling enough for a meal. It?s located in the same building as The Daily Growler. Bathrooms and wifi,... and plenty of seating. They were open past 1pm on Saturday but not sure how common this is! Read more

The combination of one savory kolache, one sweet kolache, and a coffee makes the PERFECT breakfast treat! All for only $10... total. PRO TIP: Ask for tiny cups of the jalapeno jam, garlic aioli, (and now serving habanero pineapple jam) on the side! Theytake the savory kolaches to the next level; I love picking and choosing which flavor I add to each bite. Also, the people whowork here are always so friendly. And there's tons of great seating! Post up on the outdoor patio, head upstairs and sit next toa big window overlooking High St, or grab a seat on one of their balconies. I can't recommend this place enough!!! Read more
This place is an absolute gem. The staff, food, and atmosphere are so much more than anyone could ask for during the hours that... breakfast is served. But they have evening hours and a different menu too. Kolache Republic is a as good as food can getaccording to my 8 year old, and myself (I'm 34); so saying it can appeal to a broad range is not saying enough as to howwonderful this place is. I am a customer for life; regardless...I love Kolache Republic. Read more
