Ordered the 16 PC Meal. Should be 4 drums, 4 thighs, 4 breasts, 4 wings, 4 large sides of your choice, and 8 biscuits. What we... got was 8 drum, 2 thighs, 2 breast, 3 wings. That only comes to 15, not 16 and not the right count of each. We are not happy andthis is not the first time for a problem with our order. Read more

My Sister and I got the Bowl Meal and added 2 Biscuit's a piece to our Bowl's. The Bowl's were really hot and fresh. But our... Biscuit's were hard and you could definitely tell they weren't fresh. We had 4 Biscuit's with our order, so they should havebeen fresh. Smh. Read more

Average KFC food, which we only order once per year. The dining room was closed (still), so we had to use the drive-thru. Huge... bummer to home and find zero butter or honey packets for the biscuits!! Apparently, if you don't ask for them, you won't getthem. Read more
Well, this one has a better bedside manor! This is not saying much to recommend a better KFC than than the one on Dublin... Granville Rd. Once again, I trusted this employee to "get it right"! My mistake! Always to an inspection of what is handedto you - all bagged up! I asked for POT PIE. She gave me a "bowl". I said I wanted the large bowl of mashed potatoes to gowith it. Don't you think she would have thought about my request? The "Bowl" is mostly mashed potatoes! grrrr I expected myCOOKIE! My wife got her order of the "1" dark meat CORRECT. She got her COOKIE. I stopped by this KFC a couple of times a month. I only order the whole wings or the chicken pot pie. 9 times out of 10 they... don't have either both or one of my order. Tonight they had the pot pie, however, when I cut into the crust the pan was only1/3 full. Usually, it is full but no chicken. It ticks me off that I paid $5.79 for a $2 portion.
