I am done with KFC. We don't go here often but everytime there is something wrong. I ordered a 12 piece bucket they only gave me... 1 breast. I was suppose to receive 3 they never informed me that they where out of breast and they didn't even give us to tryand makeup for not having what we ordered. I would have asked for a refund if I knew. They also never gave us butter or honey.No napkins the pop was disgusting tasted like they haven't cleaned there lines or adjusted the mixture. First off I hadn't been to KFC in a long time so I went to the drive-thru and placed my order I wasn't asked if I wanted regular... or crispy chicken so I left it alone at that and pulled up to the window. Some 10 to 12 minutes later a woman opened up thewindow and handed me what I presumed to be my order she said thank you have a nice day and I asked her if she wanted some money,I had her my credit card and had to wait another 5 minutes for another person to come and use the register to ring me out. Thisperson handed me my credit card and started to close the window and I asked her for a receipt, this woman got real snotty andtold me as soon as the register prints out honey. Her name was sweetie not sweet at all rather nasty you could tell that theywere understaffed or just didn't know what the hell they were doing. It's a sad day, anytime you patronize a restaurant dining in and not received four items from your order and you go to tell him... that you didn't get them and shift supervisor acts as if you're lying to them. I'm dining in your restaurant walk to the tableand see that I am missing my items. Kindly give me the items that I paid for and not make me feel any worse for spending myhard-earned money and you're establishment. The chicken was very fresh and delicious. Finally, at this location, all versions of chicken available at dinner hour! Saw salt and pepper manager and mature staff, I... believe that's reason for positive turnaround. Almost perfect with our $38 order...8 PC had 1 breast and 3 thighs, 2 legs, 1.5wings. Oh well, it's better. Gravy was tasteless which seems impossible. Read more

As a child, we went there a lot Today I had a... craving so I drove a bit out of the way and the food was great at the Bethel Rd location and an extra shout out to Mr Johnworking the drive thru! The tables were clean and the resturant looked swept and well maintained but the hand dryer in the restroom didn't work. They... already knew they had a problem but didn't provide any towels to dry your hands so I had to shake and air dry them. Read more
