My entire order was wrong. I only had 3 items and all 3 items were wrong and I can?t take it back because they never gave me a... receipt. I ordered a 5 pc tender and got 4pc without my sauce. I substituted Mac and cheese instead of fries. I got fries. Iordered a bowl without gravy. They gave gravy dumped all over the place. Read more
One of the worst kfc experiences I have ever had. Customer service was really bad and they were very rude. I would be ok if the... food was good, but the chicken was saggy and smelly and feels like I am eating a 3 day old chicken. Needless to say, I am nevergoing back there and would highly discourage people to go there. Read more
Food quality was terrible service was good. Chicken was old, soggy, burnt and left a horrible after taste. Macaroni was... overcooked to the point where teeth were no longer required to slurp that tasteless bile. REALLY BAD!!!! DONT GO HERE. Terrible customer service, rude, nasty. Food was disgusting, they messed the ordered up and what... they did get right was bad. Look I worked fast food I get it. But no need to be rude and nasty. And if you mess something up youfix it. Plain and simple. This place was so bad that I?m leaving my first review ever. 0/10 go anywhere else. I've lived near this place for years but I just rarely get into the mood for KFC. This place is pretty decent and the food is... cooked through. There were some neighborhood hoodlums stealing soda by asking for water cups and the manager handled it like apro. I guess it happens a lot up there. The food was tasty and true KFC fashion. There weren't any obvious or glaring mistakeswith the food. However, the lady on front counter was a bit busy and didn't change an order of potato wedges to mashed potatoes.Otherwise, everything there is fine and the store is surprisingly clean for the neighborhood it's in. I would recommend it,just check your food before leaving just to be sure it's all there! The people working here seem to be friendly as well. Read more
I wish i could give this a negative star. We waited about 20 minutes inside. There was no line, it wasnt busy inside. We ordered... the extra crispy recipe and received the extra mushy nasty recipe. Winded up taking it back because it was like the flour wasnteven fried. The manager then pointed to us and began yelling at the man that took our order. I felt horrible and couldntbelieve what i was seeing. I took pictures of the chicken. Never going back to KFC again. It was a very last minute meal. Read more
This is the worse KFC I've been too in Columbus. Everytime I go their super rude and my order is ALWAYS WRONG! I gave them... multiple chances by trying them again but my 3rd time was my last straw with them????????. I would NOT recommend this locationto anyone. Read more
