Made order. Waited at window forever to pay then again waiting on food. Girl finally comes hands me my food and the bagged... ripped food hit the ground. She laughed said at least the bowls didn't come open she closed the window walked away. I had to getout and pick my food up from the ground myself. Pathetic! Girl should be fired!!!!!! Visited this location last night and ordered a $20 meal figured out it was for dark meat and said I would pay the normal price... which is $26. They had to check if they had white and said they did..... I paid 6 extra dollars to get 2 wings 1 leg and therest thighs. No breast which is the only piece I eat. They could have told me they didn't have it I would have changed tooriginal or even left with my money. Not only that but the crispy chicken I asked for wasn't crispy and wayyy to dark. You liveand learn, I will not be going back here and if you chose to please check your food before leaving and good luck. Read more

Waited in line for 10 minutes just to get to the order kiosk and was told it was shift change and they can?t take orders for 25... to 35 minutes! What on earth! I will NEVER go there again. What a joke. What restaurant does that at 5:30 in the evening on aFriday night 4th of July weekend? Oh well their loss not mine. Read more

I am disappointed in the customer service at this location. I went there to order meals for myself and my husband. They had this... new ?Sides Favorites? meal advertised on the board. It had 8pc tenders with 3 large sides and 4 biscuits. It was exactly what Iwanted ????. The posted price was $25.99. When I attempted to order this in the drive through, the lady said it wasn?t possible,that it wasn?t on her computer. That I could get 12 pcs but the cost was $32.99. But I wanted what was advertised. So I asked tospeak to a manager. The manager, Jai said the same thing as the lady. That he could not change the price in the computer, andthat he was new and already had to remove other incorrect signs. So I told him I think he needs to honor my request as acustomer who wanted what was advertised, then if he wants to remove the sign that?s fine. He refused to honor my request. Heremained calm and spoke to me kindly, as I did the same. I just asked for the store number and his name to write a formalcomplaint. I feel like when signs are posted incorrectly, and a customer asks for that item. That it should be granted, thenchange your sign so no one was can order that. We ordered 12 pc family meal. Got all the sides correctly after having to reorder at the window. The young gentleman was very... polite. When we got our meal no receipt given. Then when we got home it was all dark meat. I didn't order dark meat. Toldthem when I ordered I wanted the original make sure the breast and wings were there. I tried to call and call . It either rangand rang or went to voice.mail that wasn't set up. Read more
