Wish there was an option for negative stars. They told us it would be a 3 minute wait and we were fine with that. 15 minutes... later they give us our food and good thing I checked after we pulled out because they gave us the wrong order. The guy at thedrive thru did nothing but smoke his vape and talk with his friends that were hanging around in the lobby. Avoid this location,this place is a bust. 0/10. The drive thru service is extremely slow. They had to verify if they had 2 drumsticks. Two. Order took over 10min to place. Had... 2 drinks and gave us the wrong ones. Do not eat here! Worst service! My chicken wasn?t fully cooked, they gave me coleslaw instead of Mac and cheese, mashed potato?s... were cold and looked like instant potato?s! The WORST experience ever. Spent $75. The biscuits hard as a rock. The corn looked like it was 5 days old. The gravy was... poured on top of the potatoes instead of a side dish and it was not hot, like it had sat out for some time. The chicken, wellhalf the bucket was ok. The other half was so greasy. I will NOT be going to this location again. As a matter of fact I maynot bother with KFC at all. I visited on 7/17/2022 at approximately 12;30 PM. Me and my family are totally disappointed. Mac n cheese noodles are brown and taste rancid! Had to put the chicken in the Air Fryer to finish cooking, they didn't have... biscuits so they threw packs of cookies in the bag and told us after they brought the food to my car... immediately called whenI got home and no one ever answered!
