I went to this KFC location early Today I ordered 2 meals I received one meal and 2 drinks By the time I went inside they... realized they shorted me a meal not a problem they remaded then they had to escort me outside to retrieve my other meal becauseit was property not paid for, u have to pay before they pass your food out the window, but I have a receipt where I ordered 2meals something doesn't make sense then the young lady proceeded to tell me that she spit in my food I have all this on - cameraplus KFC's camera. I still don't have either of the meals I ordered. My mother was eating a chicken leg out of it. She had noway of knowing that it was not the meal that I had ordered for her. I used to work here. I was just picking my BF up from work lol. I don't like the food, just like when I worked there haha.

Went to the drive thru and their intercom is broken or the person working at the window needs hearing aids because he can't hear... you through the voice box and was hella rude. car in front of me got in like and they also drove off the drive thru. Would notrecommend going, just a bad area. Read more

No stars for this place. The black lady that is the manager is the worst of all the employees. Not a good example to her staff... memebers of what customerr service is. Went to pick up a doordash and she said she already gave it to another driver and when Imade the report to doordash customer service she didnt want to speak to the staff member in line, he just needed her to verifythat I was present at the store so I could get paid. She was very rude at started taking loud and complaining in front of allthe customers in line saying that she didn't have to talk with no doordash customer service rep. Her attitude was when she heardme talking in spanish with the customer service rep on line. So who's the racist here? Second time in the same store I have asituation with the same staff member, she's a hater of latina women, it's a shame that this company has as a store manager awoman like this. I was there for 20 minutes and they were treating customers with attitude like they are fed up and using bodylanguage and face expressions while the customer is ordering and looking at the menu. If you can't handle working in arestaurant where its in the west side where there's alot of latinos living, just quit. You're life is so miserable. Read more

Restaurant closes at 11pm est everyday but went at 945pm est and they said they're all out of food. Drove 22 mins just for that.... This is the 4th time maybe 5th time in the last 3 weeks. Ridiculous. Whoever owns this place is probably a rich guy who doesn'tcare about his customers and even his employees. Just terrible! Read more

Arrived well before they were supposed to close. Hours were even posted on the sign out front. We pulled into the drive through... and waited several minutes, but no one answered. We drove around the front and could see employees inside and all the lights on.Waited several more minutes in the drive through before going to another restaurant. Read more

I came in to this location and only 1 man was running drive thru and front counter with such speed and accuracy. I give 2 stars... because of the lack of employees. I give all credit to Don. He deserves a raise Read more

Rarely order from kfc and every time I do I end up disappointed. Decided to get the 20$ fill up after working night shift and... before going in to my next night shift at the hospital. The pieces of chicken included in the 8 count are tiny as pictured. Theygive you three ?large? sides that are not in the actual large containers. One coleslaw and two mash and gravy but only give youone small side cup of gravy for both. Such a waste of money every time. Read more
