2nd time this summer I went to KFC. Both times they were not open though the website and 3 signs at KFC on Harrisburg Pike,... Cols. Ohio. Says open 10:30 a.m. I was there at 10: 45. Nobody ever came to intercom to tell me they were not open. I went backboth times at 11:00. I sat for awhile then moved up to wndow. Saw an employee but he didn't come to window. I left at 11:20.Never going back. I like Popeyes better anyway. Called corporate office and they never answered my call either. Read more
Avoid this location if possible. They never open when they say they are and when they are open, getting food takes forever.... Staff couldn't care less and management seems constantly overwhelmed. It's quicker to drive to Grove City than it is to wait intheir drive-thru. Read more
I show up with family and friends in 3 cars at 6:20 or so. Dining room all locked up, no sign explaining why and drive thru was... backed up. Terrible, we will never return. What restaurant still has dining room closed on a busy Monday eve. Read more
Consistently disappointed by this location. From missing items to undercooked chicken, it's always something. I don't recommend... this KFC at all. It may be newly remodeled but some effort should have been put into better customer service and better qualityof food. Read more

Its not even 9p and they have everything already brokendown to close for the night. Left our food on the counter while waiting... for fresh fries (which at first they said they were out of), then she walked away from our food and left one of the food warmerdoors open letting all of the food temps drop. Place is a mess and customer service is nonexistent. Manager had no presenceexcept one time and she asked why everything was closed up but did nothing to correct the problem. When we got our food theyforgot our sides and did not even apologize for the wait. Read more
Went in for some food, speaker box isn?t working, that?s fine, went inside to start to place my order (no other guest was in... there at the time) and as I?m telling the woman at the counter my order, she was having trouble with the computer, and then agentleman walked in behind me after a few minutes of standing there and she asked me to move out of the way to take care ofhim??? Said his order was already on her screen but he had stepped outside. I just left, I?ve worked for KFC for 6 years,regardless if he was there before, he stepped out of line and we would always make sure the guest who was present got taken careof. I just left, didn?t purchase anything. The woman was very sweet though, nothing against her, but maybe reiterate servicestandards. Read more
