I always hesitate leaving anything but positive reviews but it?s the third time I?ve ordered sandwiches and they?re out of wheat... bread. Not a big issue at the end of the day on its own but I?ve received multiple orders from this store location and almost toan order, each time they?ve messed something up or not included it at all. I know supply chain issues persist and good help iseven harder to find than normal but this location seems to have a persistent level of dysfunction and disorganization that leadsme to finally say something here after getting nowhere speaking with the location itself as well as corporate. If you?redowntown or in German Village I implore you to go the location on Front street near the Supreme Court building or elsewhere. Read more
Ordered for delivery over an hour ago, app still says 'Order Received' and it isn't out for delivery yet. Called the number to... the store multiple times and nobody answers, can't even leave a voicemail. Pretty disappointed and there isn't even a way forme to get a refund, so I'm out $15 and have nothing to eat. Definitely won't be ordering from here again. 0 stars Read more
This location consistently hands out the saddest most sparsely made sandwiches I have ever seen. They also love denying service... for a multitude of reasons ranging from computer system errors, to not having bread or not having any meat left. Its just not aplace you should go if you want your money?s worth. Read more
