I have ordered from this location several times as it is the one that happens to deliver to my work. I placed my order at 11:45,... called 30 mins later to check if there was an issue or if it accidentally got overlooked (I've worked in food service, I getit). They said "it's still being made." I ordered one sandwich and one cookie. 30 more minutes go by and I call back. They said"we're busy today" when I said "so it takes over an hour to make it?" the guy went to get his manager. She said she could giveme a credit and that it should get there soon. My food arrived at 1:15 and my cookie was smashed to bits. Read more
Ordered extra turkey and tomato on my sandwiches always.. and definitely did not receive more than the normal amount if not less... than normal ingredients on my sandwich. In addition to my lame sandwich, while eating it I was watching how the staff waspreparing the other sandwiches. I was kind of disgusted how they just threw paper and other trash onto the floor. over ordering from this location. up until a few months ago they were always dependable. now i wont waste my time with them... anymore. last time i ordered from them, it took them an HOUR to deliver my sub. (they supposedly only deliver within 5 minutesfrom their store) called 2x times to find out an update on my lunch. they remedied it with a gift card. just ordered againtoday, and they literally must not have looked at the order, as i specifically requested no onions or tomatoes. and guess whatit was LOADED with? f. them. i will walk to subway if i want a good sub Read more
The overall experience was pretty disappointing. My coworkers and I called this store to order lunch. We were attending a work... meeting that day and were hoping for "freaky fast" delivery. At first, we were told that the food would arrive within 10-20minutes, which seemed reasonable. Thirty minutes after placing the order, I received a phone call from this store because theywanted to clarify the delivery address (which I previously provided them). An hour had passed after placing the order, and thefood finally arrived. By then, several of my co-workers had made other lunch plans. When my coworker called the store toaddress the problem, the store manager Mary indicated she would call my coworker at the end of the day. Mary did not followthrough on her promise, and we were stuck paying for food after our lunch hour was over. The broken promises and lack offollow-up make this store very unprofessional.
