Only place we could find without a ridiculous wait. We were going to nationwide stadium for a concert. I was impressed at how... the workers hustled to wait on everyone waited on and served!! I?ve ordered from here 4 times now and it?s always well over an hour wait. Not so freaky fast..
Awful service. It took two people 15 minutes to make one sandwich. Of course they got the order wrong, too.
We ordered two sandwiches online for pickup including a Bootlegger Club which is roast beef & turkey. Arrived at the store to... find two employees standing around doing nothing. Gave the name and was told by one of them that he would make the order. Isn't the whole point of online ordering is that it is ready for pickup upon arrival? Why are these guys standing around whenthere is clearly an order to be made? In any case, we took the order home to find that the Bootlegger Club was made completelywrong as it was a sandwich made with ham, bacon, and cheese. And of course, this is all after we added a tip at the time ofordering. I wish this was an isolated incident but unfortunately this is indicative of how Jimmy John's service and quality hasgone from "Freaky Fast" and "Freaky Fresh" to "Shockingly Substandard". A couple of weeks ago at a different location (whichwas severely understaffed), I heard an employee ask another whether "there is anywhere else to eat in this city." Maybe heforgot that he doesn't have a job unless there are customers. So sorry for inconveniencing you. Guess I will have to spend mymoney elsewhere. Read more
Great service from friendly workers who always seem to be having a good time. It's refreshing to see a team of people who do... right by the customer but also outwardly appear to enjoy their jobs. No doubt a testament to the manager and/or otherleadership at this location. Read more
This location used to be so good. The last time I was in the office I ordered a sub, chips, and bottle of water for lunch. The... delivery guy got there fast, but they forgot to put my bottle of water with the order. He said he would be right back with it,but never came back. I called later that day and was the they would refund my credit card. The refund never came so I calledagain and was told they can't give refunds. I'm done ordering lunch from this location. By the time I got in to pick the food I had ordered through the app it was almost ready. The crew they have here is much better... the Jimmy John's in Westerville on Schrock Rd. My order is always right. I always ask for my sandwiches to be cut in half. Theyalways do. Every once in a while the sandwich isn't cut in half and I ask them to cut it in half. They apologize for not cuttingit half. This is a awesome Jimmy John's. Read more
The first time I visited, I tried the new crunch sandwich, I was not impressed and felt skipped on the meat. The second time,... the sandwich was way better and had what I expected for meat content. Read more
