Yes, this location has issues. No, this is not my first order from them. Sometimes it's quick, sometimes it fast, today it was... just fine. It took 34 minutes from placing my order until it was delivered. My order was accurate and the sandwich is tasty. No real complaints. Took off one star because over a half-hour delivery time is not exactly "freaky fast." Good job folks. Figured you need a positive review here and, today, I'm happy to give one. Read more
Just like other Jimmy John's locations these days this one is a complete mess. Understaffed. Poor attitude by the employees they... do have. My sandwich order somehow got lost on a recent visit which they refused to acknowledge although it was clear thatpeople who ordered after me were getting their food. Read more
I ordered a veggie slim and got back home to eat it and it literally was there normal bread with two pieces of cheese on it. ... Not a single thing that?s on the veggie sub. No avocado, tomato, lettuce. Nothing. Read more
i ordered curbside and the guy who brought my food out (shorter, middle aged african american man) came to the drivers side... window and said "oh you're a pretty one aren't you? what's your name again?" and tried to grab the bag back from me that had myname on the order receipt. i said ?i don't want to talk to you leave me alone" and rolled up my window and he kinda lollygaggedaround my car for a few seconds and was saying something i couldn't understand after i rolled my window up. it literally made mefeel so nauseous and scared and like literally i feel sick to my stomach because of the situation. i will not be returning tothis location and hope other young women haven?t had this experience and that no one else experiences this disgusting behaviorthere. edit 8/3/22: notice how my review is the ONLY one without a response from the owner, almost like they condone thisbehavior?? absolutely deplorable. All prior low reviews are accurate. Highly rated reviews have no details and are probably by those paid/recruited to post... positive reviews. If ordered online check your orders before you drive off. They messed up 2 of mines and i had to drive 15 minback to the store + rude employees that know nothing about customer service. The store is a bizarre environment. The employees clearly hate theirjobs and that kind of even comes across as disdain towards customers--they won't really even want to acknowledge you're there orgreet you. There appears to be no leader in the store at all. No one seems to know what's going on as customers pile up on thesidelines and the staff yell back and forth to each other only acknowledging each other. They were making sandwiches but theywere clearly not for anyone who was even in the store and were not even placed on the pickup shelves. Just a ton of sandwichespiled up in the corner whilst a ton of customers sat around the place waiting for their orders. Also, yes, the phones are neverpicked up and you can't call them or corporate to cancel your order which never gets made so you have to drive down there justto cancel your order in person. Go to the location in Upper Arlington. This one is trash. I order online. Ook me 20 mins to get there for pickup. I walk in,... and they haven't even started on my food. The girl at the register is cussing and yelling at her co-worker and messing with theterminal. Can't really blame her since her co-worker is on his phone, paying no attention to anything that's happening, allwhile wearing his gloves. Finally puts the phone down after I tell him I've been waiting for my online order for 30 mins now,and with the same gloves that he just had all over his nasty phone, he starts grabbing food. GROSS! Finally, after getting myorder, they didn't make it right. I've never seen two people more unqualified for a job. This isn't the first time I'veexperienced this at this location either. Read more
Walked in and couldn't have been greeted more promptly or excitedly by entire staff. Did not take me long to decide from their... vast menu that the $14.55 spicy Italian was the sandwich for me, it did not disappoint! Just moved into the area and plan onstopping in quite often and we'll get one of their rewards cards. Suggest this to be a go-to stop for anyone in the area lookingfor the best of in America.
