Customer service is terrible. No one ever answers the mic for the menu so you have to drive to the window to order everything... you want. I always wait at the window for close to 10 minutes for for someone to take my order, when no one else is even inshop. I drove away frustrated today without placing an order, looked inside and saw the employees sitting in the back corner ata table doing nothing but on their phones. Needs to be better training and accountability. Read more

The food is great there - and usually the services also. When I gave the money to the cashier the nickel that I had for him fell... through his fingers and down to the ground. Normally when something like this happens the cashier says don't worry about itwe'll get it. This cashier gave me my change back and took the money out of my $10 bill and I said to him you shorted me and hesaid no I didn't you didn't give me the nickel I said I gave it to you and you dropped it and he said thank you have a niceday. I hate to rate it low over such a trivial thing because the sandwich was great. However while driving down road with a cup of... soda or tea and you are told the straw is in the bag and it is not ... well driving with an open cup makes life daring and nextto impossible without getting a spill or two. No straw as promised and sadly I have to knock you down. Read more

If I had $2 for every time they forgot bacon on my sandwich, I'd have about $12. The people are nice but if I'm not getting what... I'm paying for constantly then what's the point. Edit: The staff are very nice. It outweighs the pain of bacon loss. Read more

I ordered a number 7 which has double meat. Well they basically forgot to put the meat and cheese on the freaking sub! I called... and spoke to the "manager" Mande who put me on hold, to get back on the phone to say they remember me coming thru the drive thruand that the employee said they put meat on my sub and offered me a bag of CHIPS! I DIDN'T BUY CHIPS AND I DON'T HAVE TO LIEABOUT MY SUB!!! Then when I let him know that wasn't acceptable he said he would give me a credit for the sub as they should!But the killer part is "Mande" laughed like it was funny. Crazy part is someone was laughing when they handed me the bag at thewindow. I feel like they knew it wasn't any meat on it to begin with.
