After not ordering from this location because they have made it so difficult to even order, I tried. Ounce again I could place... an order online, no one would help, every excuse imaginable. Finally got the manager on the phone. Found out delivery was goingto be thru Doordarsh. I will NEVER use Doordash, grubhub, excetra. To much theft and spit in the food. Working out of town this was close by. Never been before. Asked what came on the Italian night club they acted like I should... know. Didn't want to tell me. Had no peppers or Italian dressing like I was supposed to know they put mayo on my Italian sub.Then the rude lady making the sub threw it on counter didn't say anything. I've ordered from this store several times... and Every time - orders are Perfect, Super fast, Sooooper Fresh, and staff is... friendly and professional. That means good management! And nowadays, it seems the only ones taking care of the ServiceIndustry are FELLOW service industry workers;) Much love to you all, and Thank You ~ UPDATE: Thai Chicken Wrap is AmaZing! Almost as good as a pre packed gas station sub!!!And only 3x the price!! Where?s the roast beef? Oh wait there is a little piece... on my lettuce and tomato sub for $15 and I didn?t get my chips so another 1.75 on top of that and a $5 tip for delivering partof my order. I was told chips would be brought back but haven?t seen them yet. Grab a sub at your local gas station it?ll be waybetter. Update: the chips showed up. Maybe I?ll eat them next time I have Subway. This was our first time trying Jimmy johns and I have to say we were highly disappointed. The chips are absolutely disgusting.... The subs were super cold and had frozen lettuce on them, the sub bun was very tough and sponge like. The workers were veryfriendly either? subway is much better and way cheaper Read more
The workers are very friendly and have quick hands! At a lot of sandwiches places are really messy but JJs is always nice with... the wrapping and tastes great as always. Highly recommend especially if you're in a hurry. Read more
They used to be able to get a sandwich across the street to me in about 10 minutes. The last two orders have taken 45 minutes... each. The first time I was ok with it and realize things happen that cause delays. When I called after waiting 30 minutes theperson that answered refunded me. Today's order (5/13/21) I call after waiting 30 minutes and was told they have to bag thesandwich and it will be on its way. It wasn't even ready to leave after 30 minutes. I gave two stars because the food is good.I subtracted 3 stars for not being able to have food during my scheduled lunch time. IF I decide to try this location again.I'll do the order ahead and report back. Read more
Just ordered my sandwich got home and noticed no cheese as I requested to be added and the meat portion is very small. There was... a prior customer who came back to complain when I was waiting for my sandwich and now I see exactly what he meant . Hiscomplaint was the same complaint as mines .
