Every time I order from this location, they forget the cheese on the sandwiches, even though I pay an extras dollar for each... sandwich for cheese. I just called for delivery, and they said nope. They don?t have a delivery driver. Useless. Read more

Very disappointed in my last experience ordering online for pickup at the drive-thru. I placed my order and waited 10 minutes... before heading to the drive-thru. I sat at the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally get to the window, I?minformed that they were about to call me to tell me they were out of French bread and it would be another hour before they hadany. This was around 1:45. They waited over 15 mins since my order was placed and didn?t call! If I knew they didn?t have Frenchbread, I wouldn?t have made the drive there. Since I had to go back to work and still needed something to eat, they told me myonly option was wheat bread, which is definitely smaller than the French bread. No offer to discount my meal for myinconvenience. Pic is of the measly replacement they offered. How do you make subs/sandwiches and you run out of bread aroundlunch time?!? Read more

Horrible experience. Was not greeted when I entered and the gentleman didn?t ask my name for the order and seemed to be... irritated that I was even in there and ordering. They just yelled out the #for the sandwiches for people to look up at the menuto see if it was theirs or not. The worst thing that did it for me was the fact that I had purchased 3 sandwiches; My hands werefull, I had my keys, my wallet and my 2 toddlers with me. I walk up to the counter to get the sandwiches and I had to ask for abag. The worker was literally standing right next to the sandwich bags and he managed to point to them and said ?bags are rightthere and so are the napkins?? rather than putting the 3 sandwiches into a bag for me. I will never go back to this horriblelocation because they are rude, not customer service friendly, and to top it off, the sandwiches were dry, the bread was crunchyon all 3 subs and the experience was just overall horrible. Visited this location with some co workers and we decided to get the Honey baked Ham next door. They were not allowing sitting... inside do to busy season so me and my coworkers walked next door to sit and eat inside this Jimmy John?s location. I?m a fan ofjimmy jonhs and eat there from time to time. The Owner Josh approached us and seen we were eating honey baked ham sandwiches andsaid ?are you serious? and we replied and wondered what the issue was. He was upset that we wanted to eat inside hisestablishment with our sandwiches from honey baked ham. I then offered to buy a cookie or drink since I understand a bit theissue. He didn?t allow this at all and kick us out instantly. As I mentioned I?m a fan of jimmy John?s but this OWNER ruined itcompletely for me going forward at any jimmy johns. I mean for god sake it?s a quick sandwich place. I understand a bit why hewas upset but we offered to buy something from there to continue to finish our lunch and catch up since we haven?t seen eachother in awhile. We all three were rubbed the wrong way and we all stated we would never eat Jimmy John?s again. I wish theowner realized he ruined the experience not just at his store but any store for us going forward. Read more

Waited an hour and half for my delivery order. I don't blame the actual employees however, as it's clear the issue here is short... staffing. I would steer clear of ordering from this location until they get their staffing issue sorted out. Read more

It took 45ish minutes for my order to arrive. I have never had a problem with Jimmy Johns in the past. They have always been... "freaky fast". Well, this location, not so much. When I called to check on my order, I was told that they only had one driver,so I got a sorry nothing I can do about it. Food was fine, but if you need something quick delivered, pick somewhere else.
