I order through UberEats. I have ordered during busy times and slow times. The pizza is always the same great quality. The sauce... is a great balance beaten acidic and sweet, the cheese is fresh, and crust with the parmesan is fantastic! I usually prefer thincrust, but this pizza has definitely made me want a deep dish much more often. Read more
GREAT pizza. Too bad they make you jump through many hoops to order pizza, like prepaying for pizza for online orders. First,... they got rid of their drivers, then went to credit and debit only payments. Hope owners change their system back or, at the bareminimum, let people call in their orders. Read more
Usually love jets. Had a less than stellar experience here on 11/20/21. Pizza wasn't ready in the quoted time, gave them a pass... on this because they were clearly busy. The bigger issue however, when I got home they gave me a regular pepperoni pizza withnormal sauce when I paid for and 8 corner and requested light sauce! Significant price difference. Pizza and wings, good stuff. Had a small 4 corner Detroit style with Bold pepperoni, green pepper, mushroom on a Turbo crust, a... side of pizza sauce and a side of butter garlic sauce; 8 wings with sweet red chili sauce. This is the new location that just opened on 5th Ave. in Grandview. I haven't had Jets in awhile and I forgot how delicious it... is! I ordered the 4-corner pizza for pickup. They told me the order would be ready in 20 min or less, it was ready in 15. Thepizza was cooked perfectly, tasted very fresh and I would definitely recommend to anyone! Read more
The pizza is delicious but the delivery is dubious. I ordered delivery and it never arrived despite my card being charged for... it. By time I realized it wasn't coming, the store had just closed so no one answered the phone when I called to see whathappened. This isn't the first time my delivery from this location never arrived.
