I've never had a bad experience at this Jersey Mike's location, and the sandwiches have always been tasty! The two young women... working on 10/06 were very friendly and professional, preparing my order in a timely manner while also handling the numerousdelivery drivers who came in. Great job! ???????? UPDATED REVIEW: The management and staff seems to have made a drastic turn around. The crew here cares about the food they make,... they try to make things on time (this can be a busy location, being on campus and all) and they go above and beyond when itcomes to accuracy on your order. They got one of my orders wrong, I asked for a refund and the manager of the store contacted medirectly to take care of it. Since then, they have been spot on with my order. The crew finally seems to be happier andfriendlier and they greet you when you walk in. Read more

Ordered 5 subs delivery, received only 4. Called to get missing sub delivered and whoever was on the phone left the phone off... the hook so that you could not call this location. Will never order from here again. Read more

Rudest ppl ive ever talked to.....my order was wrong got cussed out and hung up on 3 times by 3 diff ppl....asked to talk to a... manager and of course they said a manager wont be in until next week????????.....DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!!!! Read more

Easily one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. It is always the thing that when we go into Jersey Mike's, there's... at least a 10 to 15 minute wait before they even start your sandwich. Today, was no different. What was different was theterrible attitude of the obvious captain shift toward both his employees and his guests. They put a very tiny envelope on thedoor that says no walk-ins. Nobody would stop to read that sign, it's so small and insignificant looking. And nobody saidanything when we actually walked in. After a while, when one of the sandwich makers had some downtime, he asked if he shouldtake my order and the order of the guest behind me (who also didn't know the no walk in policy) and the captain loudly said, no,we're not taking any of those orders, and that they shouldn't even be taking any of us anyway as there is no walk-ins. And so wesaid really? That the sign wasn't adequately sized for any guests to read what it said. And like I said, nobody said anythingwhen we walked in at this point 20 minutes ago. The captain's bad attitude continued as he talked down to his employees abouthow to make sandwiches and generally made my friend and I feel like we were not wanted or welcome at Jersey Mike's. So we won'tever be going back. After all, it's $9 for a very basic BLT that tastes just okay. I can get a club anywhere with a side ofmanners and cheerfulness.
