Ordered a #5 super sub... all the fixins and chips. Absolutely delicious ????.
We order carryout from this location at least once or twice a month. I request extra red wine vinegar, on the side, every time.... Every time they put none on the sandwich and none on the side. Very unfortunate for such a great location! Read more
The service was excellent and my cheese steak sub was great. Friendly staff. One of my favorite places for subs.
Walked in gave my order for hot sub, my buddy wanted to get a cold sub and told him it would be a minute. Waited atleast 10... minutes, girl was making online orders and completely forgot about my buddy. Buddy left and went to chipotle. She was throwing afit or something. After 20 minutes finally got my sub. Was the wrong hot sub and wrong size. No apology Different day. Again somany online orders they are just ignoring people that come in the door. This time give my sub to the wrong guy and have to waitfor remake. Would highly advise to not come here or maybe only put in online order because that?s all they seem to care about.Seem extremely understaffed and no management. Read more

Disappointing 1st experience. Ordered my food online at 12:07. Received message stating will be ready by 12:21. Left work,... arrived at jersey mike?s. They asked if I had a pickup order. Said yes and gave my name. He said ?ok, it?s coming up?.Meanwhile, about 10 people were in line ordering, paying and receiving their food and leaving- while I?m waiting? 12:34 comes. Iasked how much longer. He says ?it?s coming up next?. Then a lady employee pulls a partially made sandwich from the back of thecounter and says ?oh! Here it is!? Then goes to add the extras on the sub, preps it and gives it to me. I basically stood therewaiting 20+ min for my previously ordered sandwich while they served walk-in orders.
