6/5/21...My fiance & I wanted a sweet treat before leaving the mall & heading back to our hotel room. Graeter's sounded delish... to both of us, so, I got my usual brownie sundae & he got a milk shake. Our treats were perfect! I'm so disappointed. I live out of town and look forward to Graeters when I'm visiting. I spent $5 for a scoop of chocolate... chip in a cup and it was icey and gritty. I've never had a bad experience at Graeters. This was the worst ice cream I've everhad. Will not come back to this location. Read more
I eat way too much ice cream at work because of this place :). Friendly staff with the patience of saints as they always have a... full line and every single person in line asks for a sample of each flavor for their entire family. Really, they do well withthe tiny space and resources they have to work with! Chunky Chunky Hippo is an ice cream masterpiece and I'm so glad they madeit part of their permanent menu and not just seasonal!!! Read more
I asked for a single scoop and wanted to use my coupon (from signing up with the app) and the cashier argued about the size of... the scoop and wouldn?t let me use it. Not a big deal at all it just added to my frustration. My issue was my ice cream ended uphaving freezer burn and huge pieces of ice in it.. I mean comparable to the size of their chocolate chips. They ?couldn?t doanything for me? so I would not recommend this location unless you?re in the mood for ice and old ice cream! Read more
What a disappointment! 2 long lines and multiple workers but they seemed clueless as to what they were doing and who they should... be waiting on! Several were even checking their phones in front of customers. I ordered a flavor that apparently was out or notavailable. I only know this because I heard the employee mention this to another employee. Did she tell me or ask if I wantedanything else? Nope! She just started working on someone else's order while I stood there. For several minutes until I gave upand decided I wasn't going to order anything. Then I had to wait at the cash register to pay for my daughter's cone as themanager stood there counting out cash on a different counter and I had to ask to be waited on. Me and my wife tried Brownie Sundae and Cookie Monster Sundae. We liked the ice creams and it was really good. But I was not... happy with the employees who were working. Most of them were unprofessional. One of the employee was serving few othercustomers, she was laughing and was talking while taking scoops out of the ice cream container. The disgusting part was when Isaw that she unintentionally spitting out while cracking some joke with other employee. This was the grossest thing ever. Eventhough the ice creams were great it?s important that the employees maintain personal hygiene so that customers don?t get sick. Read more
Showed up at 6:25 and they had someone out at the line refusing to let people in. Said it was due to a staffing issue. There... were 4 people behind the counter PLUS the person wasting time standing at the end of the line not letting people in. Veryunprofessional and not a good representation of greaters. Read more
