Great selection. Lots of folks on staff to move things along on a warm busy Friday night. My turtle sundae was delish! I... seriously cannot say enough about the service. There was a line of at least 20 people ahead of me, and I don't think we werethere 10 minutes. There were a dozen servers behind the counter who were friendly and helpful. Hi! I just wanted to leave a positive review for my experience ordering delivery from this store. I had 2 wrong pints in my... order, and I called to see what could be done about it. The manager at the time (which I can?t remember her name, maybe it wasAmy?) was great. She told me the easiest way was to contact Doordash and do a redelivery. The process was easy enough and I gotthe correct items redelivery. She even write a note on an extra pint that apologized for the inconvenience. People makemistakes, it?s human nature and no one can be perfect 100% of the time, but I strongly believe that how mistakes are fixed iswhat really matters, and this manager really showed great customer service when it came to fixing this mistake. I really like Graeter's overall but this location sucks. They helped the other 3 in my party and literally ignored me. I never... got asked if I wanted to taste anything, order anything, or was even greeted. They served the rest of my party and then startedhelping the people behind me. Traffic flowed around me as I waited at the middle of the counter. After they helped 7 peoplebehind me while ignoring me I had to ask for a refund. My wife had already paid for the ice cream I never received and it wasn'ttill I asked for a refund that they asked what I wanted. A local Columbus Ohio favorite! This location is on Lane Avenue in Upper Arlington and even has a pretty good amount of parking.... The service is friendly and welcoming. The interior is bright and clean. The icecream is delicious and unpretentious. I orderedthe Mocha Chocolate chip shake and it's delicious!
